BMB Burger Bandung — Restaurant in Bandung City

Atmosphere: Good interior design, ala american, but they only have air blower (big fan) so make sure use thin clothes hahaha (bandung is hot at noon)

The service was quite efficient, we only waited for 10 minutes in lunch time.

The FOOD: Burger: i ordered double cheese and it's just okay for me (p.s., i do not very fond of burger okay, this is very bias). I expect the bun would be soft (chewier, likely have bite marks, the type that tend to get soggy because of the juice/sauce) but theirs are more of a.. texture bread. Which is a good thing. But well it's just okay. It has crispy smoked beef strips (so chewy🥲) and caramelized onions, but the onion should be sweeter imho. They also put tater tots (hashbrown bits) there, which is amazing for crunch, but i only taste a few. The meat was okay, at least not dried. Overall, for a non-o.g. burger-eater and do not eat sauce in daily basis, i personally feel this need sauce for dip. 3,4 out of 5. My dad really liked it tho.

Mac and cheese : 2,5 out of 5. It is spicy guyss and better make your own mac and cheese tbh. They can improve in type of the mac, should be bigger and softier, maybe got serious with the cheese sauce (it taste like instant packaged cheese powder). The only one that make 1,5 point is the fried chicken topped on that.

Chicken wings: 4,8 out of 5🌟 LOVE IT. For the size, at glance it might looks pricey but NO, YOU SHOULD TRY THE TASTE. Rip off of the bones easily, very juicy, very thin batter but giving enough crispiness and hold the powdered seasoning very well. It's unfortunate that they can't have mixed flavor order (you have to order 3 pcs of each flavor to taste everything, which is good, but it will be economical if they have...

So i ordered sweetfire burger with coke and my ordered a double cheeseburger with mac n cheese and sprite. First of all of course it's a bit pricey for some people, you gonna spend at least 100k rupiah to have a complete dish (burger, drink, and fries) but the taste they offer is really payoff also comes with a big portion as well. Secondly after i tried it i would recommend ordering the doublecheese burger rather than sweetfire one. Both are great obviously with their soft bun, well-seasoned patty, and we'll-made sauces that don't taste like mass-market product. Personally the doublecheese burger has an upper hand from the taste of cheese that melts in your combined with the patty, sauce, caramelized onion it just really great! But the sweetfire also still good and it contains more condiments like beef bacon, jalapeno, etc so it's offering kind of different experiences when you eat it but still in an awesome way definitely. Thirdly the mac n cheese take longer to make so it's fresh the taste itself is a bit okayish, it also contains chicken, and sweet corn. Lastly my final verdict this place is a good place to try a proper burger and have a date with your crush to showoff your tongue palette and have a nice chit-chat to talks a lot of things but make sure you eat way more slowly than your usual too!
