The place itself speaks wonders, feels like walking into another dimension, just relaxing and natural yet beautiful.

The food has that fulfilling yet clean taste that just hits the spot for foodies.

When i walk through the entrance, it's just so amazing. I love the greenery and the vibe is just calming to me. Had a little bit of exploration moment because the location is actually on the second floor, entrance through the back of the building.

Front rooms were showrooms with nicely interior designed areas where there were unique furniture and stuff to see.

Then upstairs through these stairs, forest like atmosphere filled with lively and retro-like interior of the cafe. Just beautiful. Love the vibe so much here.

Staffs were just quick to respond and seems like professional people working. Since it is my first time here, i feel very welcomed and will really come again another possible time.

Also the food is just so good. The Pulled Pork is just heavenly. Mixed with the sauce and pickled jalapeno peppers are just such a good combination. The cilantro made the taste fresh and not too fatty.

The Chicken and Waffle is a great combination too. Surprisingly sweet from the honey, savory from the fried chicken and with a touch of some pepper also creamy from the mayo, a touch of lime. So decadent & so indulging.

After an amazing meal, you can order coffee or beverages to cleanse that palate. The whole cafe smells like coffee so if you're a coffee lover, come by for a cup of coffee 👍☕ but the barista serves us a glass of sparkling water and it's just great and refreshing.

The price is not as pricey as i initially thought it would be. Just about 70k-100k Rupiah and it is worth it to me for a nice cafe moment/ gathering on the weekends with friends or family. But i recommend you not to bring a group of people more than 4 since the place is quite homy and does not have a lot of seating space. Except if you want to book the whole place maybe about 15-20 people max is available.

The parking spot is a little bit packed because there are quite many people coming into the area, mostly people from outside town even from other countries also come down to this cafe. I had to valet my vehicle because the parking spot was packed. Maybe about 10 cars could fit into the parking area and about 20 motorcycles could fit in the parking spot as there is another business beside the cafe, a pizza place which is nice and has delicious pizza too.

TLDR; Good coffee, good service, awful atmosphere.

So, let me explain.

Two Hands Full is part of the Four Chambers Coffee, if that means anything to you, they are supposed to care about their coffee.

I've tried Instinct Roastery (another one in Four Chambers Coffee) and their coffee was great. It's close to where I live so yea I'm happy.

So they serve local beans and some imported ones. I ordered three brews from three different beans as you can see from my bill. I came here with my wife.

The coffee is 4,5 out of 5. Why? Well, some of the beans original taste (some coffee elites might have the correct term for the bean's taste) seems to be gone during the brew process. At least based on how the beans originally smell when I took a whiff.

The usual suspect I think: the water too hot or a tad too much ice (which watered down the coffee).

The service is good as well, quick to response and I don't have to wait for too long even when it was crowded.

So the awful thing is the place itself. I'm not a smoker. I want to be able to taste my coffee properly without inhaling smoke from the other patrons BUT, the place do not have any resemblance of non-smoking room.

So when people outside started to smoke, the smoke gets inside and whatever the coffee taste left, gone in an instant.

That was ANNOYING as heck. Surely it's not that hard to create a proper non-smoking area.

Well, I'm gonna try another Four Chambers Coffee member for sure later (one in Bali and West Jakarta left) but, one thing for sure, Two Hands Full doesn't seem to care about cigarette smoke ruining the taste of the...

The front end. The signage should have been replaced with the larger one, perhaps three to four times. Moreover, the owner shall add one more right above the front door so visitor from both ways on the street could easily spot this outlet on.

The service. Have to wait for around 20 minutes and tell the barista after paying in the counter in order to finally land my hot, takeaway Americano, let alone the fact the crowd during that time ain't too packed. Unfortunately, it was wrongly served. The one that arrived was ice coffee. Then have to wait for additional 5 minutes to enjoy the black gold. It was delivered without an apology. Surprisingly.

After a while, I decided to move to another table, smaller one. Not for long, another crew cleaned it up. She roughly did that and made unnecessary noise of it.

In a nutshell, the personnel need to undergo service excellence training and do the team building more often. This is due to lack of coordination between them, I strongly think. So they need to make improvement on how to properly manage the coffee shop.

The coffee. 6 out of 10.

Outdoor area. It was hot. Most of the chair was uncomfortable to sit for quite a long time. They were too 'short' considering the height of the accompanied table. Not recommended for large group occasions. It was my short drop by, so I didn't have the time to try their wi-fi connection.
