Jangan pergi ! 👎🏼 Complete waste of money and time Unwelcoming environment ( Even with only four groups of customers in the restaurant aka 4/20 tables taken, dirty plates on most of the tables while the staff were walking around doing nothing, manager told us to sit at a table with no fan when it was a very hot weather or a sunlight glaring straight at the table and said that the sunlight would pass soon, couldn't sit at "vip" tables that had no signs as there were reservations for groups that came in two hours later yes we were there for more than two hours because of the very very slow service ) Unfriendly staff ( Not welcoming, doesn't care about customers, ignores customers proudly ) Disgusting food ( Takes about one hour plus to receive incomplete food, doesn't taste good at all, not worth ) Order incomplete ( The staff doesn't repeat your order or ask about incomplete order then the manager blames us for the staff not writing our order down properly? ) Inefficient business ( Prioritizes reservations while preparing tables full of food while the walk in customers have to wait 30 mins just to have their order taken, ignores walk in customers completely, only cares about high paying customers in big groups, would literally tell customers the restaurant is closed and then serve a bigger group of people that came in later ) Incompetent staff ( Stood at the cashier for 30 mins while waiting for the manager to get out of the kitchen for us to pay while the other multiple staff just stared at us and walked away because they couldn't care or know how to do cashiering and didn't even bother to call out the manager in the kitchen to attend to us and the manager or owner was just eating in the kitchen while having no one at the cashier and innocently asked why we were rushing when we waited for so long just to pay and get out and after repeatedly saying our reason, she walked to the cashier and asked what we wanted 🧍🏼‍♀️crash out finally gave the receipt after 20 mins of trying to justify herself of being an owner for 18 years ) Rude manager ( Don't know how to run a business or provide decent customer service, would blame the customers for the...

Very slow service. • Only suitable to come if you have pre-booked the place. • We waited 30 minutes for drinks, which they forgotten to give spoons to mix the sugar (hot lemon tea). We asked for the spoons and never came. • Then have to wait for another 1 hour (total 1.5 hours) to get our food.

Food was below average for such long waiting time. • Ordered 6 fried rice and 1 plain rice with chicken soup. There's only 6 pieces of chicken in chicken soup. • For nasi goreng special, have 1 fried egg and 1 (yes, ONE) prawn. • Nasi goreng chicken katsu, the chicken is very small and thin.

Hygiene is less taken care of. • We sit on a 2-joined tables for 7 people so some of the chairs are not occupied. So the staff just ignored that part of the table with previous food waste. Only the part where we sit is being cleaned.

Bad serving attitude by staff. • No apologies were given when we complained that the waiting is slow and they should've informed earlier if not able to commit to our orders. • The space can occupy 150 - 200 pax. When we came, the place is only 40% occupied but the restaurant not able to meet our orders and failed to inform us for such long waiting time. Tables full of plates and dishes from previous customers Customer service was horrendous Had to wait 10mins just to get a waiter to order our food. Barely got all our food and waiters were busy with other tables that had reservations. Staffs available were either running around doing reservations tables or in the kitchen We ordered sop bontot sapi, sambal ijo and tahu tempe besides our main dishes. That honestly took more than 30+mins that I had to go up to the counter and ask about it. Lady at counter was ignoring our request to check on the food and came back saying our waiter didn't place the order for food. Lady at counter was hiding at the kitchen and took so long for us to get her attention and scolded us off for telling her that we need to make payment.
