Tried several dishes here and quite impressed! The fried fish was absolutely delicious, crispy, flavorful, and a must-try with the chili sauce it comes with. The Gurame Geprek is a signature dish and truly worth ordering.

Another highlight is the Nasi Liwet with silverfish & chili. The rice was so fragrant and flavorful that I couldn’t stop eating. We also tried the Karedok, which reminded us of local Rojak, raw vegetables with a rich, peanut-heavy sauce that gives it a unique, addictive taste.

Although egg isn’t on the menu, you can still request it from the waitress, which is a nice touch. The Beef Rib Soup (Sop Iga) had a salty broth, but the meat texture was tender and satisfying.

Definitely a place to include in your Batam...

Tried this place for lunch recently while on company off-site!

There was a wide array of dishes on offer... Including tahu goreng, deep fried squid, silver fish and coconut milk flavoured rice... The list goes on!

The dishes were really tasty and I was enthralled by the different flavours on offer (i.e. salty, sour, spicy...).

I was actually impressed by the flavoured rice the most - really aromatic and paired well with all of the dishes!

Service was satisfactory. The place was rather echoey... If you're looking for a more intimate dining setting then this might not be it.

While I wouldn't go back to Batam just to eat at this restaurant, I think it's worth a try if you're headed there...

Tried this place recently and had mixed feelings about the food. The fried rice was flavourful and well cooked — definitely one of the better dishes of the meal. The ayam bakar was also tasty with a nice seasoning and good texture. However, the ikan bakar was disappointing. It was more like deep-fried fish than grilled, so it did not have the smoky, charred flavour you would expect from proper bakar. It felt a bit odd and underwhelming. The kangkung was another surprise, but not in a good way. It tasted more like potato leaves than real kangkung, with a different texture and flavour that just did not feel right. Overall, the food had a few good hits but also several misses, so the...
