Ramen Ten 10 — Restaurant in Batam City

Summary : DO NOT waste your time eating here, if you value your money.

There are many better options in One Batam Mall other than this place.

Service wise, they are pretty standard, no particular highlights.

Atmosphere wise, they are also just normal, nothing special.

Now, when it comes to the food, it's just terrible.

The prices are extremely overpriced. At first, I thought the prices would be reflected on the portions and the taste. However, the portions were small, and the taster is well below my expectations.

The food is bland. -- spicy tantan ramen was bland, not even spicy, just plain terrible -- the chicken katsudon curry... The curry/sauce was so watery, feels like a very light broth (not in a good way).

Not really busy, only a few tables but we waited for our food for more than 30mins. Only got all our food served when we asked. Our food were served together with the table that came in 15mins after us which is ridiculous. When I receive my ramen I can see a layer of oil solidify on top, meaning my bowl of ramen has been left in the kitchen for awhile. :(...
