I recently dined in here, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Despite attempting to make reservations beforehand, the customer service response time was disappointingly slow. Consequently, I arrived without any prior booking.

Upon entering, I couldn't help but notice the stark difference between the ambiance advertised and the reality. The absence of the promised waterfall feature, reminiscent of Changi Airport, was a letdown. It's disheartening when establishments fail to deliver on their advertised promises.

Moving on to the culinary aspect, I opted for the Nasi Goreng Flui and Sop Konro Iga Bakar, both of which were recommended by the server. While the prices were steep, the taste was merely average. For the premium charged, one would expect a more exceptional gastronomic experience.

In summary, FLUI failed to meet expectations on multiple fronts. From sluggish reservation responses to discrepancies between advertised ambiance and reality, coupled with underwhelming food, the overall experience was disappointing. Hopefully, the management takes note of these shortcomings to improve future dining experiences...

I had a 30 family guest invited for Iftar. Reservations were made by my wife and sister in law. When we arrived, they could not find the reservation as it was put under my name, and my wife used her name and my sister inlaw name. The hosteses who were searching didn't seem to give their best effort to find the reservation and kept us outside even when my wife showed her the WA picture and receipt from the restaurant. Only when my wife had to call her sister to confirm the name was put under mine. The hostess should have at least apologized or seated us until they get it figured out. My big negative is the loud music they played inside while we were doing iftar. I thought it was the wrong place to have a Muslim iftar even though they have a small Musala by the parking garage. The ambiance of the waterfall at the main entrance is very nice and very photogenic. Most of the customers were women, hardly any men, there were at least 3 Birthdays celebrations for babies and adults, lots of happy birthday wishes. Mau complain deh biar yang atas atasnya juga tau, maaf sebelumnya, Saya sudah reservasi H-3 dan sudah request di area smooking. Tiba di hari H sabtu tgl 6 April saya dateng lalu diarahkan di indoor, oke point 1 table tidak sesuai, lalu saya nanya dan komplain, jawabannya tidak tau, dan kalau reservasi tidak bisa request seating sedangkan dengan admin tidak ada penjelasan itu, lalu saya minta dibantu pindah karena sama mau ngerokok dan jelas jelas di form reservasi saya minya smooking area, lalu jawabannya table penuh, lalu saya sudah reservasi dari jauh jauh hari apa maksudnya dong? oke sampe akhirnya saya dibantu pindah keluar, ke area kiri dari dalam, dikasinya 1 table 2 kursi, sedangkan saya buat ber4, dibantu lagi sama masnya untuk di ubah layout, lalu ada mba mbanya dateng buat bantu tetapi mereka malah discuss pnjang depan kita mau diapain itu table, lalu dibantu pindah lagi sama mba mbanya buat ke area kanan dari dalam, oke table sesuai. sampai jam 17.38an pesanan saya untuk buka puasa belum dateng nih, oke ditungu ditunggu kok bablas sampe adzan belum ada juga oke ditunggu lagi loh kok sampe jam 7 kurang masih belum dateng, kurang lebih makanan saya pribadi dateng jam 18.45an mie goreng sapi lada hitam, wah udah ngebayangin nih, eh kok dateng piringnya kaya kondangan, saya bayar dengan harga ala carte, satu table piringnya kayak kondangan, setelah mie itu dateng dikira panas dong, loh kok dingin beneran ini mie, oke saya langsung ke mba mbanya, chat ke adminnya, lalu jawaban adminya kalau makanan itu disiapkan dari jam sebelum berbuka, oke lalu kenapa saya nunggu hampir sejam dari jam buka untuk makanan itu? lalu kendalanya dimana? akhirnya di datengin lagi saya sama mba mbanya, untuk di angetin saya menanyakan, butuh waktu berapa lama lagi saya untuk makanan saya sendiri kalau di bawa lagi ke dalem? sampe akhirnya di bawa lagi, ntah itu di angetin atau dibuat baru, tapu piringnya bedaa ini bagus piringnya, tapi gak di kasih grpu sendok, minta cabe rawit aja yaallah lamanya.. maaf banget ya kakak kakak flui, saya sangat amat kecewa banget first time ku disitu, bill ku hampir 450an tapi piringnya kaya piring kondangan, aduh ga worth it. so sorry, belajar terus dari kesalahan yang ada ya tolong. sama gausa terlalu sering bulak balik cek CO table padahal udah tau apa yang belum keluar, jadi agak risih disstact soalnya gak pake permisi beberapa...
