Had a tremendous time visiting this restaurant. The place is stunning with a wonderful mix between interior design, paintings, and plenty of potted plants. The area is quite segmented between indoor AC and semi-outdoor area with a view of plants and small pool nearby which is adds to a refreshment.
We were welcomed with friendly and helpful staffs who would explain about areas that can be used as a smoking area. The way they explained how the sun exposure will affect our time during lunch clearly added the points on how great their attention is to the details from customers' point of view.
Aside from the portion of the pasta that could be improved, the other food presentation is alright in a way that not overly decorated but still delicate and generous. We recommend to try their Thai Salad (with beef), a hot cup of coffee, and any other cold beverages. Their portion of vanilla ice cream isn't a disappointment as well. ❤
For a price wise, the prices are still considered affordable to a point of experiencing the great service, a beautiful location, and a delicious food. The biggest surprise we encountered during our visits was the Batik Bogor plant for us to bring as a reward for reaching a certain limit of ordering the food 🤣. Thank you so much for the hospitality, Jiwan Bogor.
Since we visited here during the weekdays, different experiences might be different to those during the weekends. We are highly recommending this place for a peaceful dining...
Read morePros: Huge parking lot (they even have a basement parking). Unique place, combination of gallery & cafè, feels like in Bali. Spacious dining area, incl. Meeting room in 2nd floor. Wood furniture, also there's a pool but u can not swim in there. Cons: Staff really needs more training, esp. in hospitality, and how to handle a customer. I ordered an Ice Avocado, they said it is on Hold menu. Then I chose another menu, I chose salted caramel latte. And u know what? They said it was SOLD OUT. How come the coffee sold out at 11.30 AM? Then I change it again to Avocado Coffee, & they said it was on HOLD menu again. Jeez, I told to waitress, they need to mark which food is not available in order not to make a customer disappointed. And finally I only asked for mineral water. And here comes a glass of water, instead of bottle of water. And they charge a glass of water for 10K. So ridiculous. Also, the staffs need more knowledge about the menu. I asked them, is the chicken fillet use a braised or thigh part? He said, he didn't know. About the taste? It was so so. Too many disappointment, I think once is enough. Unless they do some improvement regarding...
Read moreJust visited this restaurant, and wow, the place is stunning! It feels like you're dining in a fancy home with a great mix of interior design, paintings, and potted plants. There’s an indoor area with AC and a semi outdoor section with a view of a small pool, which adds to the relaxing vibe.
The service here is top-notch. The staff are super friendly, from managing the waiting list to guiding you to your table, taking orders, and even handling the payment. Everything is done with a smile and great attention to detail.
The food presentation is also on point. Each dish looks like a work of art, and the taste matches the presentation. Absolutely delicious and the portions are generous.
The biggest surprise is the prices. For such an amazing experience with great service, a beautiful location, and delicious food, the prices are quite affordable.
There's plenty of parking space, so it's great if you're coming with a group. I heard it’s also a popular spot for weddings, which makes total sense given the lovely atmosphere.
Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a fantastic dining experience without...
