Pizza Hut Restaurant — Restaurant in Bogor

Last time I visit this Pizza Hut branch on Sept 2023 for dinner, the food is pretty disappointing. The pizza bread is too thick with less topping and sauce that make the taste weak. One of the chicken wing that I ordered smelled like sweat. One of the ingredient choice for salad was already stale (the veggies mixture with sauce), although they change it after we complained but it shows lack of quality control. It took them quite a long time to change and re-inspect the salad choices that I only got to take the salad at the end of my meal. I think this brach need an inspection so it won't taint Pizza Hut's...

it is a nice place to eat pizza. you can find value deals menu to eat pizza or pasta or even rice with selected drinks. the restaurant provides fast wifi so you can stay bit longer for checking some works or download music like me hahahahha if you have pizza hut application in your phone, you can ask the waiter to add points so you can redeem later on. we like it here especially the corn soup...

Pegawai perempuan tanggal 26 Mei sekitar jam 18.30-19.00 bisa lebih ga sopan lagi ga ya🤣 Saya mau pesen, dia datang nyamperin tapi ga ngomong apa-apa cuma berdiri sambil pegang HP untuk catat pesanan, saya baru bilang, "Mbak, mau pesen beef spaghetti extra cheese 1" langsung dibales ketus, "MAU PAKET YANG MANA". Saya bingung dong, bertahun-tahun makan di PH dengan pesanan yang sama baru kali ini ditanya begitu. Jangan-jangan karena saya pake kaos doang jadi dikira mau makan paketan🤣 Padahal ga salah juga sih, toh PH juga ngejual paket 100rb dapet 4 pizza kan😌 Saya jawab aja, "Bukan PAKET ya, saya mau pesan beef spaghetti REGULER, extra cheese" terus MBAK-NYA GA NANGGEPIN😭😭😭 Cuman diem sambil mencet-mencet HP. Komen Raditya Dika di Stand Up Comedy-nya tentang mbak-mbak PH yang ramah sampai selalu bilang, "Pilihan yang tepat sekali👍🏻" kayaknya udah ga berlaku ya (well, seengganya di PH Pajajaran). Akhirnya saya lanjutin sebutin pesanan yang lain. Mbak, lain kali kalo lagi PMS jangan ketus sama customer, sama pasangannya aja🥀 Oh iya, garlic bread yang saya pesan pun semi gosong. Jadi cukup...
