Hot Hot Pot — Restaurant in City of Medan

Taste: Ordered the Sop Ayam Herbal and Sop Ayam Kolagen as the base soup and then ordered a few vegetable as well as meat. The soup are really refreshing, perfect for those who arent feeling well or wanted something soothing and light. The rest of the dish are nice, quality isn't the most amazing but the variety is appreciated.

Atmosphere: There were a lot of people when we had dinner, so much so that we had to wait about 30 minutes for a slot since we did not made a reservation beforehand. Cleanliness are acceptable on each table but the buffet area could use more cleaning from time to time.

Service: The service is good as expected from the price, the people aren't the most knowledgeable about the food but is willing to try to explain or try to find someone who can explain more. I noticed that the moment we leave the cleaner will come in to quickly clean the table and that's great that they try to keep it clean.

Price: Definitely on the point of something to eat once in a while, maybe for something casual like a family gathering or less formal business dinner. Nothing too fancy but definitely more than...

Went here in a private vip room and ordered alot.

The vip room wasnt as spacious as a i hope but it has a tv and microphones for karaoke. It has 3 acs which makes the room cold enough since the hotpot was hot (ofc). Wished it has soundproofing walls since we were being loud from the karaoke. We didnt want to disturb others but also we want to have fun.

Food was phenomenal. Im not really a hotpot kinda guy but this was good. The beef was perfect and the fish and vegetables are all fresh. All the types of soup was good but the collagen was best.

Service here was great. Since the vip room is located further away from the actual restaurant, 2 servers were standing outside despite the weather being hot. Servers are super nice and also patient. I was even able to make some small talk with them. Definitely a thumbs up 👍

Lastly, free (aice) ice cream 🤣 it was good to top it off...

We all have our special day right? Such as birthdays, graduation or anniversary, CNY?

And this restaurant is our first pick on those event. Why? Food is fantastic, services are top and price are somewhat reasonable.

You will forget the prices when you first slurped those mushrooms soup. Nothing came close to them. But those mala soup is not really my thing (already tried and didn't agree with my taste buds).

You really really what to have those special day celebrate here.

Pro-tip: ask the waiter to make the those spicy sambal, but you can experiment also by making your own chili recipes

And also stay out of beef, the price doesn't reflect the quantity or quality. Just ordered more fishball and you...
