J.CO Donuts & Coffee Centre Point Medan — Restaurant in City of Medan

we are visiting medan. and this is not our first time in jco donuts. however, the cashier just now, name novi was impolite.and impatiently hurrying us. we were the only one ordering. there was 8 of us. we ordered 5 drinks to share among us and wanted to top up another 3 donuts donuts for each of us. we asked twice to confirm how many drinks we have ordered but she kept insisting to tell us the name of each drink. she insisted that we pay for all the drinks first. then asked us to go pick the donuts we wanted (which we had already told her earlier). while we waited for the 3 donuts to be packed, she again insisted us to hurry and pay them...when there was still a grabfood guy in...

Bad service…the employee mess up the queue..when i arrived..i order 2 dozen donuts and he said i need to wait because they need to refill the donuts..and i said okay..he give number 19..told me to wait..they said will call my number..but as i wait i saw few customer just arrived and could just order and don’t need to wait..then i rushed to the counter..then another employee ask if i already order and i told him my number..he got confused..then just do my order…such a bad management of queue…what if i don’t rush to the counter? maybe my order won’t...

The service was very lame, I ordered a chocolate frappe and they forgot to made my order. When I ask the staff why the hell my drink are not done yet for more than 30 minutes, they just stood there like an idiot and didn’t even try to apologize for their blatant mistake. God my day was bad and I’m awfully close to spit on their idiotic faces. J.Co CP you better train your staff...
