I just walked out of the Sushi Tei restaurant at Center Point Mall in Medan hallf way through my dinner. I was relaxing having my dinner & beverage after a long day and suddenly I found a small cockroach crawling on my table just beside my dinner. I called the waitress and showed her the cockroach crawling besides my meal. She causally apologized and lifted the cockroach off with a tissue paper. However I could not continue eating my meal after experiencing what I did. I requested for my bill, the waiter who served me then came to my table to apologise explaining that the Mall management sprays anti pesticide once a week. However the damage was done, I paid for my meal & beverage and left without finishing my meal/ beverage.
I would like to add that I have always held this establishment in high regard, and therefore I chose this restaurant in particular because I wanted to have good food in a establishment that I understood practised good hygiene.
