I visited J.Co donuts Sanur yesterday afternoon and was really disappointed with the service. The cashier was extremely rude, no smile, no politeness, and a terrible attitude.
When I asked about the ingredients, she seemed annoyed and unwilling to explain, making me feel unwelcome. Customer service is just as important as the product itself, and this kind of behavior can ruin the entire experience.
The management should take immediate action to address this issue.
You should train your staff properly, give her disciplinary action, or replace her with someone who actually knows how to treat customers with respect.
Hopefully, the service improves soon because no customer should have to deal with this kind...

Because of the overall condition, we decided to just take our order to go. We ordered two drinks aside from our donuts and, with no line ahead of us, expected a quick service. Unfortunately, the wait was longer than anticipated.

I ask a suggestion so it can be taken away but they keep insisting it cant be taken away. With high voice and unprofessional tone, the staff told me it can be canceled. You guys are doing business right? This is backstabbing to your brand name!
I mean where is the solution?? JCO sets high price for its product but cant give me good service and simple solution?
