The steaks were great.

But... we were greeted at the entrance by 2 very excited dogs. Whilst that’s ok for me, my girlfriend is Indonesian and like most Indonesians is afraid of dogs. The staff did nothing. Just looked on. Perhaps grab them by the collars and take them away??

The staff were not well trained. When not actually doing anything they just sat around. First waitress didn’t know if any sauce came with the steak. She asked a second one who also didn’t know. Who then asked a third one who finally told us what sauce options they have.

The worst part was then when the owner had a HUGE verbal explosion at one of his kitchen staff. This was actually very scary. I didn’t know if he was going to grab a knife and go on a rampage or what he would do. Lots of yelling by him with a tirade of expletives. Then he sat down at a table with his mates and continued to say “f@&k” every 4th word at a loud volume.

The only positive was attentive service. The first 3 things we tried to order from the menu they didn't have. Considering its a relatively small menu, I think it's unreasonable to have so many items unavailable. This further extended to basic fizzy drinks being unavailable. The steak was also so salty it was borderline inedible , it had been beaten and criss cross cut to make it appear tender, which is what restaurants do to hide serving cheaper cuts of meat etc. Steaks are advertised to come with thick cut wedges, yet were served with small shoe string type fries. I very rarely leave bad reviews especially in bali because I understand the struggles, BUT this might be some of the reasons it was...

If you're into the ambiance of a friendly biker and sports bar...with the emphasis on friendly....this is your bar and restaurant...well run...well set up to watch your favourite sport on large TV screens... possibly the best imported NZ steaks served in Bali ...along with the usual mix of western and Asian dishes..check out the beautiful Harley Davidsons that adorn the spacious bar/restaurant area....the regulars are some of the nicest characters you will meet ...your host ..Dave...a true blue Kiwi...takes pride in making all welcome .. you'll discover this fine establishment down a small ally near Hardys Supermarket in Sanur...on Jl...
