Already waiting for 30 mins, the waitress said, “the three-cheese pizza is sold out. Do you want to order another pizza?” After we chose the “best-seller” pizza, 2 minutes later, the waitress came back, and it said the machine was broken. Not sure if they are being honest, but the other customer who came 5 minutes after we arrived got their pizza. I gave them three stars because they gave us a complimentary dessert. Thank you

I wanted to reach out and express my appreciation for your prompt response to my complaint. Seeing such a timely and professional response was refreshing, and it shows that you value your customers.
I also wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I enjoy your food and your cafe. The atmosphere is always inviting and comfortable, and the menu has a great selection of dishes that are always delicious.
The only area where I think there is room for improvement is in the quality of the FOH (front-of-house) staff. While everyone has been friendly, I have noticed some inconsistencies in the level of service that I have received. I understand that this can be a challenging industry and that staff turnover can be high, but I think it would be beneficial to invest in some additional training to ensure that all of your FOH staff are able to provide consistently excellent service to your customers.
Overall, I have had a great experience at Brown Fox Cafe and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you again for your prompt response to my complaint and for all that you do to make this such a wonderful...

I cut my lip on this glass. There was the dishwasher, the person who poured the tea, the waitperson who delivered it, and the manager (or captain) who all either missed this, or saw it and didn't care to mention it until I cut my lip on it. The wait person saw it, was shocked and embarrassed and said that they were sorry but that was all. If a manager had been on staff one would imagine that if your customer got wounded by your mistake that you would at least come forward and show responsibility in some way. Due to the fact that this did not happen we reached up the chain of responsibility and found that there was no one willing to take responsibility until we demanded it. Then, the owner was put on the line. We did not ask, nor were we given compensation. That was not the point The point is how the complaint was managed was very poor and I want the owner to consider this implication before they choose to expand their business.
