The place is really unique. The restaurant is located at Pik Avenue Mall, fourth floor.

Menu has a lot of tasty food. The Hot Pot is known for it's popularity because of there's many kinds of options for the soup.

There's many kinds of sauce and you'll be able to mix it.

There's also lots of drinks options. These are including: Soft Drinks Lemon Tea Water

Some of these drinks can be freely refill as much as you want. It's free.

Desserts/Snacks also has many kind of options. Ice cream flavour is different everyday.

The restaurant is indoor. There's a lot of seats near windows.

Native Chinese people usually visit this place.

Chef is really hardworker, they prepare almost everything.

Waiters also are hardworkers, they will immediately refill your drinks on sight.

Everytime you visit the place, you can obtain a screen wiper for free.

There's a playground for kids.

Walls are brown-ish oak woods. Lots of decoration, well decorated.

For the menu, you are provided an ipad to order. You need to add your G-Mail for your first time visiting this place. You're also giving a chance to spin a wheel to receive prize for your first time visit.

Fruits are delivered at the end for desserts.

Atmosphere are BUSY, it's really crowded. Don't go there at the weekend.

Well-Crafted-Made...

The busiest restaurant i have ever known in my life. The queue took 2 hours before we could go in and enjoyed our dinner. It is understandable because it was New Year's Eve. Everyone ate outside. That explained why there was such a long queue. Second explanation why the restaurant was so busy, it was because the service was at its maximal point. Despite the crowd guests, all the staff still gave their best at service and hospitality. The staff worked very fast and still giving their best smile to customers. This one, i have to give extra credit. You can check one of the example when the staff worked extra mile in my video. When the staff cleaned the table, check my video. He was fast, cleaned the table very tidy and still smiled showing no exhausted feeling. There was extra point for the restaurant, all the customers who queued could eat as much ice cream and drink as much selected beverages as they wanted. This only happened in this restaurant. Time for us to enter and sat in the restaurant. It took few minutes only when our order came out. One of the staff still cooked and prepared our ordered menu in front of us with welcoming and positive energy. We had so much pleasant time enjoying our dinner there. Food was awesome, hospitality checked at their best, price is considerably so okay if we look at the quality of the food and the staff hospitality. 7 stars for Haidilao Pik Avenue, so...

Their services is best. While waiting for the table, they will provide with some snacks, ice cream, etc. Their staff explains in a really good manner, and they often provide with some surprise (like fruit plate because the last plate took long time to be served). However, there is one food that is different from what we saw on the menu.

I came to this place with 6 people in total, so I initiatively ordered the biggest one (and the MOST EXPENSIVE ONE) so we can share all the meat in one time instead of waiting for each menu to come one by one, but when the food came to our table, it is like just 6 large of meat slices on top of ice. When we asked the staff, she said it is according to the order (I forgot she said like 150gr or something, and this detail is not written on the menu).

Somehow the table across our table has so many small meat plates, that looks like exactly on the menu. I really dissapointed, so I ordered other meat plate just to see the comparation, it costs IDR 78k and the food as same as the picture.

So lesson learnt, better to buy many small plates instead of the big one. Sorry two stars for my disappointment, better to change your menu (picture) so what we see (on the menu) is...
