A&W Kota Tua — Restaurant in Jakarta

Very bad service. Waited 15 minutes to order. With only one other customer in the room, I should have taken as a warning. We got our drinks and our chicken, but had to wait for the hamburgers. That's ok because hot off the grill is great. But waiting for hot off the grill, then it comes out cold , there is something wrong with the establishment. And to top it off when I complained to the manager I got laughed at by a eavesdropping employee.

When I said I will just take my complaint to the internet, the laughing stopped.

The prices are not written, and unclear menu. The potions are really really really small, and the service is bad (impatient and facial emotions). Taste is fine, spicy enough. We would like to encourage local brand but more expensive than MNC. Don’t clean the table well (besides our table left some sauces) and tbh the toilet is...

Several times eat in this place but the place is small and always crowded. If you read bad review about the cleanliness, unclear price, small portion, and place too crowded, then i can confirm that it is true. It is can be considered reasonable since it's located in one of local favourite tourism...
