This was my second time here. I absolutely loved my first visit—everything was great, and I was so satisfied that I wanted to come back.
Since I enjoyed it the first time, I decided to order more this time. I got the smoked beef brisket carbonara, rice bowl deep-fried chicken with BBQ sauce, pistachio chocolate, butterscotch chocolate, pepperoni pizza, fully loaded meat lovers, and blueberry potion.
Now, about the blueberry potion—before ordering, I specifically asked what was in it besides blueberry. Mas Rifa said it had blueberry and some kind of cream, so I ordered it because, well, blueberry, right? But when it arrived, it was pink. I asked why, and he casually mentioned that it also had strawberry. Man, my kid ordered it because he loves blueberry—he doesn’t even like strawberry! And you didn’t mention that at all. Oh, and the drink? It came 30 minutes after I ordered. Not sure if they forgot or what.
The food?
Carbonara was okay.
Rice bowl was also okay.
Pizza was good, but it took 35 minutes to get to my table.
And this was with the restaurant almost empty—only two tables occupied. To make it worse, people who came in after me got their food much faster.
And my loaded fries? 50 minutes in, still nowhere to be seen.
Update: After waiting for an hour, what finally arrived was the fully loaded pizza. Gosh, at the cashier, I clearly ordered loaded fries. Yeah, he did mention loaded something, but how was I supposed to know he meant pizza instead of fries? I had no idea there was a "loaded" item under the pizza section too.
Seriously, either rename the menu or fix the ordering system—this is just confusing.
Honestly, I was planning to buy more bread and gelato, but with this kind of service? No way.
I love their pistachio chocolate, but would I come back? Not with this experience. Super...

Only, this time around it served little bit cold. I understand that, maybe it's lunch time, the thing is... I asked if they can heat it little bit, a waitress said it was possible, more than happy to hand over my sandwitch, ... Wait... 5 mins... 10 mins... 15 mins... And needed to talk up to the cashier, just to hear she said, "Oh .... Mau diambil sekarang?"
Whatt!?? I have been waiting for the food long enough.
Ok fine, wanted to let it slide... Until ordered a croissant, asked to heat it...
Just to experience the same "Oh right... This is your meal"
How come your staffs have time to chit chat and joking around to each other but can't treat the orders well?
