Kejadian kurang mengenakkan, ketika makan Bakso Solo Samrat Tanjung Duren (171117), pesan bakso urat rusuk, ketika digigit dagingnya alot, sampe mental ke dalam mangkok dan kuahnya muncrat kena mata, perih terasa, alhasil mata saya merah, akhirnya meminta tolong mba2 yg melayani utk membelikan tetes mata.

Kemudian saya memanggil mba dan mas yg melayani untuk mencoba daging rusuk yang saya makan, apakah alot atau tidak? dan tidak lama berselang mas yg melayani membawa daging rusuk baru untuk menggantikan daging rusuk sebelumnya yg dicoba, tapi saya bilang kepada mas nya, bahwa saya tidak menginginkan penggantian hanya saya ingin agar mas nya mencoba menggigit daging rusuk yg saya makan.

Singkat cerita ketika mau bayar, tagihan yg tercantum hanya untuk pembayaran bakso urat saja + teh tawar sebesar 38.500, tapi karena saya merasa sudah memesan bakso urat rusuk + teh tawar saya pun membayar sebesar 66.000,-.

Mohon maaf sebelumnya apabila review saya kurang berkenan, tidak ada maksud apa2 yg kurang baik, hanya memberi masukan agar lebih dapat meningkatkan kualitas masakan dan makananya, sehingga di semua gerai bakso solo samrat standar kualiatas masakan dan makanannya sama, karena kebetulan beberapa kali saya makan di bakso solo samrat yg berada di dekat lotte shopping avenue saya tidak pernah mengalami hal seperti ini (daging rusuknya sangat lembut, saking lembut nya cuma di emut aja sudah "rontok" tuh daging dari tulangnya...
