This restaurant is OK. I mean it’s not like the best fish n chips in town but considering the price and quality, it’s OK. The regular fish n chips dish consists of dory fish and french fries in BBQ seasoning, and of course a dipping sauce. Other side options are pasta and rice. I’ve only tried the pasta one, in Melted Cheese Sauce. It might be a bit overwhelming for some people, as the cheese sauce is somehow liquidy and rather salty, but it’s not that bad. Tried the Mac n Cheese as well. Same cheese sauce: a bit liquidy and salty. For the Mac n Cheese, the taste kinda varies though. Sometimes it’s good, some other times I feel like I’m eating fusilli soup in cheese sauce with some mozarella on top... Yep. Gross. But anyway price-wise, it’s OK. And the portion is very generous as well IMHO. The place is usually packed, especially during lunch/dinner time. Not very spacious inside since they arranged the seats very closely to each other, but again, not that...
Read moreI recently tried the fish and chips at this place, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The fish was incredibly tender with no fishy aftertaste, which is always a good sign of freshness. The portion sizes are generous—enough to satisfy even a big eater. I ordered two plates, but found myself completely full after just 1.5, so keep that in mind when you’re ordering. The price was very affordable, especially since I caught them during a special promotion. On the downside, the preparation time was longer than expected, but given that I visited on a special price day when the place was packed, it’s understandable. The only other issue is the small parking lot, though you can easily find parking across the street. Overall, a fantastic experience with only minor...

You can expect to have a long waiting time to get seated and for the food to be served on your table, unless you come early before its opening hour. My husband and I were eating on the conjoined table when the waiter asked me to move to the other side of table so they can use it for another customer. FYI, it was just 2-3 bites of fish for me to finish my meal and he asked me to move anyway. What a disturbing experience.
For the food itself, it taste quite good. It does not only serve regular fish and chips, but you can choose pasta or rice to accompany the fish. The portion is relatively generous which I think it fits to men, but not to women. Overall, the taste, portion, and ambiance, is still...
