I recently dined at Din Tai Fung, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The ambiance was elegant yet cozy, perfect for both casual meals and special occasions.

The food was nothing short of spectacular. The xiao long bao (soup dumplings) were absolutely the highlight of the meal—delicately crafted, with thin skin and a delicious, flavorful broth inside. Each bite was a burst of flavor! We also tried the fried rice, which was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The variety of dishes offered something for everyone, and everything we ordered was fresh and full of flavor.

What really stood out was the attention to detail. The service was prompt and efficient, and the presentation of each dish was impeccable. The staff took the time to explain the menu and made excellent recommendations.

Me and my family made a registration here since it's full. We gave them our phone number that they asked for to call us when there are empty seats. We have been waiting for over 2 hours and when we checked back in, there were a lot of new people sitting there. They didn't call us when there are empty seats even though we were first on the waiting list. When we asked the employee we got kicked out for nothing. We decided to go to another restaurant. If your really hungry don't bother making a waiting reservation if it's full. The only thing you'll get is a starving stomache and bad customer service. I don't really recommend eating here. But if your a fan of it I recommend eating at another din...

I went here with with my sister coming from across the island, we would like to visit Pantjoran area and decide to have a lunch over here since this Din Tai Fung is halal certified.

Lucky us there was a promo buy 2 get 1 free from the menu : appetizer, noodle and rice. It is indeed a good deal.

The hospitality of the staff is tremendous, they are really facilitating any of our requests. While having lunch, our kids (4-8y.o) walking out from the restaurant and really enjoying the street, running here and there.
