I had a delightful seafood dinner tonight during my short golf trip. I had the opportunity to savor some fantastic local seafood, and one standout was the garlic prawns. They were uniquely prepared, allowing you to enjoy the entire shell and prawn head, providing a distinct and delicious taste. Paired with whiskey, it was a wonderful combination. Another highlight was the fish cooked in two flavors, with different chili pastes used for grilling. The explosion of chili flavors with each bite was truly impressive and made the dish unforgettable. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The local garlic-fried chicken was another scrumptious dish, perfect for pairing with a variety of beers. However, the crab was just average. On the other hand, the salted egg soft-shell crab was an excellent companion to my beer. The spicy fried sambal kangkong, a simple local recipe, added the perfect touch to make the dinner complete. Finally, we wrapped up the meal with their fried rice and noodles, which were satisfying and filled our stomachs perfectly

Open in 18 Dec 2020, Sentosa Seafood Market was quite crowded during lunch time and dinner time. You can choose and pick your favorite seafood and they will weigh them for you before cooking them with your favorite flavor and seasoning. My family prefer to dine at wierd time last weekend. It was Sunday 4pm - considered as super early dinner or tea time. The crowd was bearable, only 50% from its original capacity. We also carefully select outdoor table for safety reason (but of course safest option is NOT to dine out) during pandemic. Current promotion: 30% disc on food with all payment type We ordered: Nasi goreng Seafood 4/5 Crab - Xiang La 3/5 White Snapper - Fried Sentosa Style 5/5 Tiger Grouper - Steam Nyonya Style 4/5 Squid - Honey Crisp 4/5 Kerang Kampak - Soy Steam with Behoon 5/5 Kerang Kepa - Oyster Sauce 4/5 Kelapa Muda Batok 5/5

IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE EATING SEAFOOD, Eat here!

I rarely brings up a negative comment on google review but its really getting on my nerves and I’m not sorry to say this restaurant is really bad with their service! You know, bad service equal to bad eating experience.

Food: nothing special 3/5 Other seafood restaurant served better Oh not to mention, the portion is small Service: needs attitude academy! -5/5 (Including the manager) Price: you can calculate itself prior to the food taste and service (pricey) 2:5

Lets start with the waiting time for the food to serve. It came around an hour for the 1st dish (cumi goreng tepung) and it was chill! Rice and drinks hadn’t served yet I told the waiters to serve it and wait for another 20-30 minutes. I went to the serving counter asked about the rice along with the other dishes. Some waitress just ignored me, some replied rudely to me. The managers herself also rudely replied me and she went to get the rice while a waitress already otw to serve my rice without telling the manager. Furiously the manager went to my table and found out the rice was there already (it was because of your team didn’t tell you when you prepared it for me) She blamed to me “grr, it doubled!Don’t make us confused!” I told her, the time I went to the counter and asked for my rice. A waiter also getting the rice prepared 5/10minutes before you want to get it for me! She still didn’t want to listen! And I asked for the drink, they said the batok kelapa sold out! How come! The bill was already printed! The waiter from the drink counter told the other waitress that this batok kelapa was ready a while ago then I said what? “It already there for a while?” Then the other waitress prepared my drinks roughly and with a very annoying face

It was really getting on my nerves! Decreasing my mood! I also cancelled the 2 dishes i ordered. It took too long! Almost 1,5 hours

Also I did not hear any SORRY on their replies

Wondering how this restaurant still crowded? WHYYY GUYS?! Why all the people want to have a BAD EXP here?

No improvement with such similar comments on the...

Dine here during lunch hour which is basically peak time. Got seated outside which is a smoking area. The seating inside is super crowded, while outside was super hot. Not recommended.

The menu doesn't show you the price, but when we asked, they will gladly tell you. You can also check the cooking area for price.

The waiter were all helpful.

What we didn't like

Serving time was crazy slow. we ordered like 5-6 different menus and it came after around 30mins not all at once. We requested for another menu and had to wait for another 20mins in which we gave up and ask the waiter to take away all the additional menu.

Most of the menu weren't available, especially the fish menus.

The EDC machine was broken , only payment methods accepted were cash or bank transfer.

Taste wise, we love the "Tauge with Ikan Asin" which was amazing. But other menu was so-so. Portion wise,

Spent around 650ish for 6 different menu including drinks (Teas and mineral water), each has small portion , you can eat elsewhere with...
