I had a delightful seafood dinner tonight during my short golf trip. I had the opportunity to savor some fantastic local seafood, and one standout was the garlic prawns. They were uniquely prepared, allowing you to enjoy the entire shell and prawn head, providing a distinct and delicious taste. Paired with whiskey, it was a wonderful combination. Another highlight was the fish cooked in two flavors, with different chili pastes used for grilling. The explosion of chili flavors with each bite was truly impressive and made the dish unforgettable. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The local garlic-fried chicken was another scrumptious dish, perfect for pairing with a variety of beers. However, the crab was just average. On the other hand, the salted egg soft-shell crab was an excellent companion to my beer. The spicy fried sambal kangkong, a simple local recipe, added the perfect touch to make the dinner complete. Finally, we wrapped up the meal with their fried rice and noodles, which were satisfying and filled our stomachs perfectly

Open in 18 Dec 2020, Sentosa Seafood Market was quite crowded during lunch time and dinner time. You can choose and pick your favorite seafood and they will weigh them for you before cooking them with your favorite flavor and seasoning. My family prefer to dine at wierd time last weekend. It was Sunday 4pm - considered as super early dinner or tea time. The crowd was bearable, only 50% from its original capacity. We also carefully select outdoor table for safety reason (but of course safest option is NOT to dine out) during pandemic. Current promotion: 30% disc on food with all payment type We ordered: Nasi goreng Seafood 4/5 Crab - Xiang La 3/5 White Snapper - Fried Sentosa Style 5/5 Tiger Grouper - Steam Nyonya Style 4/5 Squid - Honey Crisp 4/5 Kerang Kampak - Soy Steam with Behoon 5/5 Kerang Kepa - Oyster Sauce 4/5 Kelapa Muda Batok 5/5

Bad experience! Worst service ever! Not recommended for serving guests! Do not come with your guest if you do not want to be embarassed. Our food come partially, we waited 30 mins for the remaining food, keep asking for at least 3 times about our remaining food (crab and conch) but the waitress keep saying yes I will check. After we lost our patience we check the last time with high tone and they finally got us seriously and came back by saying they finished the crab and conch left us speechless. Then 5 mins after, the next table got their crab, which they just got there 20 mins ago. We complaint to the manager, and the response was "do you need us to make it for you?", after we actually just finished our rice. 😔 very very very disappointed. Additional note for you guys: staff there are rude! Even the supervisor and the leader.

I think 3 stars is very fair. The restaurant is overly crowded, and the overall dining experience is poor and uncomfortable. The restroom and the sinks are dirty, making the experience unpleasant. They don't list prices on the menu, so you can't plan your expenses. The food tastes okay, but the service is slow and unfriendly. It's not a place I'd recommend if you want a hassle-free meal, or if you’re easily disturbed or impatient. The type of service here is where you’d have to ask the staff over and over to get what you’re asking for. The atmosphere is bustling and chaotic, staff are going from one place to another, and mostly families or large groups come here to eat. There are many flies buzzing about, which raises hygiene concerns.

There were five of us and when we saw the menu, there were no prices. Haha! it's like being trapped at a high price. We ordered several menus including: Hong Kong Steam Grouper, Butter Fried Shrimp, Soy Sauce Grilled Grouper, Grilled Squid, Boiled Clams, Sauteed Vegetables. Their advantage lies in the very fresh ingredients (yeah because they are still alive before cooking!). For the taste of food, it is quite good. But the portion is small. So it seems expensive. The waiters are also less responsive and less friendly when serving customers. The prayer room is also cramped and full of restaurant employees taking a break, so it's not comfortable.
