Djournal Coffee Pasaraya Blok M — Restaurant in Jakarta

Good place to have a bit late breakfast after early morning jalan-jalan atau shopping. Restaulant is clean and calm(at least in that morning). I tried bubur ayam kota (Indonesian chicken porridge, city-styled?) and it was sufficiently enak sekali (a bit smaller than I saw the menu and thought though). There are some combo meal like, porriadge/noodle and a cup of coffee...

Dpt perlakuan yg tdk menyenangkan dr cashier yg bernama Ricko apa Nicko tgl 23 juni 2025 jam 17:19:49 WIB .sy dgn kakak Dan sepupu sy dtg utk ngopi. Kita LG pilih2 apa yg mau di pesan. Bukan berdiri di antrian krn emang msh pilih kopi yg mananya. Tiba2 cashier tsb dgn nada ketus blg : ibu mau pesan??? Disini bu, antri dulu ( dgn nada yg songong) . Giliran udh ga ada yg antri malah sy do cuekin..sampe sy blg : may I order it now please??!!. Abis order Lalu sy Tanya sama staff perempuan krn sy mau laporkan attitude cashier tsb kpd manager in charge or a supervisor.Dan supervisor nya blg klo org tsb jg sdh byk yg complain Dan mau di rolling tempat lain krn emang attitude nya bgtu. Disini supervisor terkesan menghrskan sy memahami watak SI cashier tsb. Kok aneh ya customer yg di jutekkin malah yg hrs memahami watak cashier tsb. Lalu sy tegur lsg cashier tsb. Seumur2 ke D'journal Coffee dimana2, baru nih dpt cashier songong ya di Pasaraya ini. Mohon perhatiannya utk pihak management utk ditinjau ulang or di beri training kembali karyawannya yg spt itu. They should behave and being pleasent to the customer....

Having my lunch last weekend at the "people cafe" actually, but they're at the sama building (one group). Order big breakfast, love how the sunny side up comes in very bright colour and tempting. Their chicken sambal ijo also good, for the coffee selection, you can order at...
