Aruba Resto Jakarta — Restaurant in Jakarta

It's ok. This restaurant located in Pasaraya shopping mall, in Blok M part of the city, in the ground level. It is not hard to spot as it is located near the drop off, so you will see it straight away from the car. You have to park in the parking building, if you brought your own car. The food was decent. I ordered cheese and chicken quesadillas, and my friend ordered meat burritos. Taste-wise it was ok, the burritos portion was what we expected from a burrito (maybe Asian size, as I haven’t had a real burritos hehe), and the quesadillas feel like the a appropriate amount if the cheese and chicken, but the plating and presentation could be better. The restaurant appearance is quite representative of the coastal vibe. The atmosphere a little bit missed, for a restaurant called Aruba, you'll be expecting beach-y, aruba-ish or even steel drum kind of sound, instead we had a guy playing instrumental piano. Very nice restaurant that located strategically in nearby newest Sentraraya Building with various selection food and beverages from western to eastern. Decorated uniquely in every corner with painting and wallpaper. Great food, great place for hanging out with best friends. We order pizza and fettucini Alfredo, calamary and shirley temples. They are delicious and my friend asked for more fertucini alfredo for sahur in the early morning. At 9.pm, there is life music and we enjoy the songs. Clean toilet.
