Eatlah - Cilandak Town Square — Restaurant in Jakarta

I ordered the kiddo box salted egg for dine-in. Since this is dine in and they served the the food in a takeaway box, I had to open the box and tear it apart to feed my toddler. He did not finish the food, hence we want to take the food away.

Eatlah won't let me have an extra takeaway box. Said I must buy another box of rice???? This doesn't make any sense. My child did not finish his food during a dine-in, we wanted a takeaway, they cannot give us a box. What? I even offered to pay for the box. They said no.

What sort of resto policy is this? Bad customer experience. Consider yourself losing a loyal...

I had a great experience at Eatlah in Cilandak Town Square. The food was delicious, especially the salted egg dish — rich, creamy, and super satisfying. The sambal was also a highlight, adding just the right kick without overpowering the flavor.

The staff were friendly and the service was quick, even though the place was quite busy. Portion sizes were generous and the prices felt fair for the quality.

I was their first customer of the day, 10:00AM, had no one else but me and i had to wait 20 minutes for the food, yet they still messed my order up (i ordered dory sambal but they gave me dory salted egg). had to wait another extra 10 minutes. if it's not because the food is actually good, I'll definitely give them 1 star, 0 if i could. they had a lot of staffs yet...
