I am in a service industry for awhile now, I can say the place is fabulous! Love the vibe, ambience. Extremely cool place to chill and/or when you wanted to impress your new date HOWEVER the service below standard, and I understand that it is coffee shop, which was kind a self service. So to explained, Here's WHY: There were 3 people working behind the cashier, plus 1 (I believe) she is a trainee. We bought 1 ice cappuccino and 1 flat coffee. Total bill was 67k (something) our money is 100k, and the guy said: we shall return your change in abit as we don't have change. Anyway it was fine, we sat down and stayed for few hours. During those few hours, we asked the guy if he has the changes, he informed not yet, and we were cool with it. ANYWAY, it was time for us to leave, we went back to the cashier and asking for the change. Surprisingly : those 3 people plus 1 trainee were asking : our name, how much was it and it took 3 minutes for them to figure our how much the change was UNTIL we provide them back our receipt. It was not about how much the change was, but the whole process of it, the way they ask the above, etc. you could have offered another beverages if you still have don't have the change. It was all about the effort to let us having the FILOSOFI COFFEE's experience. summary: it is very COOL place, loved to comeback, but in a service industry, SERVICE made YOU...

Nothing particularly noteworthy on my first experience here. Came at around 7pm on a weekday, and most of the menu were sold out. I ended up trying their salted caramel latte, which was not to my typical taste. It was overly sweet for my tongue (had to wait for the ice to fully melt to give it a more balance taste) and has that salty aftertaste punch, reminds me of that famous Nano Nano candy. If it wasn't about the relatively cheap price, I might give 1 or 2 🌟
The ambience was just ok and like many typical urban coffeeshops AKA nothing special and too small. The last time I came here was that it's cramped, loud, and less conducive to extended periods of sitting, making it unsuitable for those seeking a place to work remotely/WFC. I couldn't find any of their Wifis as well, though I might be wrong, now. The presence of regular buskers, added the already noisy vibes, making it less enjoyable. Overall, the place is overrated to me at least, though I might be biased. Will might want to try for a 2x visit, to drop more objective review with...
Read moreKnew this place since their first film, actually i can feel that this coffee shop really has a good ambience as a coffee shop. This place maybe not easy to find for some people because this coffee shop placed inside Blok M square area, so you need to go inside first.
They have 2 area, indoor and outdoor. Outdoor is for smoking especially, because it will be too hot at noon and crowded at night. For the indoor area, the situation is really cozy, with the songs and also coffee smell around the room. They sell 3 kind of beans like Tiwus, Lestari, and Perfecto for espresso. Tiwus and Lestari is for manual brew.
Not only serve coffee and other beverages, they also sell food and some sweet bites. They also sell wallet, t-shirt, and some other goods inside, so make sure you take a look also. The interior full of painting, mostly about coffee. You can find the poster of their film, and the rumor said if you are lucky enough, the actor also will brew the coffee there and serve it to you.
I suggest you to try their Tiwus, and for the price is not expensive. Try their...
