Lokasi hotel nya sih strategis dari MRT Blok M BCA, tetapi begitu masuk hotelnya bau nya kaya apek tidak enak, dtambah lagi resepsionis nya yang jutek. Ternyata setelah lihat review review nya banyak yang komen sama. Tolong owner resepsionisnya yang jutek itu di ajarin sopan santun kita bayar loh kan dia itu digaji pakai uang kita, nanya baik-baik jawaban nya judes, diminta baik-baik bantu pencetin lift karena kartu nya sama teman saya yang sedang ketiduran druangan, dibilang makasih juga diem aja tidak nyautin. Resepsionis nya jaga hari ini tanggal 6 February 2025 sekitar jam17 sampai sekitar jam21 kaya nya masih resepsionis yang judes yang jaga. Makanan nya lumayan sofar not bad, kamarnya perlu di siapkan sebelum tamu masuk mungkin karena sepertinya tamu tidak terlalu banyak sehingga bau apek ruangan bisa dkurangin dengan menyalakan AC dengan menambahkan pengharum ruangan ataupun kamfer. Air panas nya kurang hangat. Sukses terus dan semoga bisa ditingkatkan terus pelayanannya. The location of the hotel is strategic from MRT Blok M BCA, but as soon as you enter the hotel the smell is like a musty, unpleasant smell, plus the receptionist is rude. It turns out that after seeing the reviews of this hotel, many people had the same comments. Please take attention to teach the receptionist who is rude, teach her some manners. I was asked to help me about the lift akses, because the akses card was with my friend who was sleeping in the room, she asked not nice, which room and help not nicely with not good attitude. Even i was told to her thank you for kindness, she just keep quiet and pretend didn't hear. The receptionist is on duty today, February 6 2025, around 17.00 to around 21.00 it seems like the bitchy receptionist is still on duty. The food is quite so far not bad, the room needs to be prepared before the guests enter perhaps because it seems like there are not too many guests so the musty smell of the room can be reduced by turning on the AC and adding air freshener or camphor. The hot water is not warm enough. Continued success and hopefully the service can continue...

4 stars hotel but doesn't feels like that. Been staying in deluxe room and it has a unique design. There is a pillar in the middle of my room that block the view to the window from my bed. No lock on bathroom window so people can easily open it if they didn't know there is a people inside. I can smell stink in the room. Even the lobby is stink, on night time sometimes. Horrible. On positive tought, the staffs are friendly, nice and helpful. The locations are great. It is near a transportation hub and near a grocery shop. Won't be staying...

A minimalist hotel with a cozy atmosphere. The only complaint is that the floors feel a bit small. The toilets are regularly cleaned and are very clean. The toilets are too far from the front door so people might have a hard time finding it. Prices aren't very high. You can also book a few rooms or use the lobby for events such as a registration desk. Its position is quite strategic even though in front of the hotel is a one-way road.
