Fore Coffee - Cideng, Jakarta — Restaurant in Jakarta

Visiting here during weekdays for WFC. Compared to other Fore branch, this place has been the most packed with online drivers. Got no problem with it tho.

Ordered iced Americano here - and it tastes fine, just like how other branch do. All of the barista were also really friendly, appreciate that!

However, the reason that i'm giving one star is the store cleanliness and ambience. It's really really really concerning and made me skeptical with the cleanliness of beverage handling process.

still can't get over with how bad the store layout is. How come the beverage ingredients and container being put side by side with customers area? Like... how come there's no proper storage room?

customers area cleanliness is really really bad. The floor is really dirty and some tiles are even missing. It even kinda reeks of rodents' piss 🤢

all of the beverage containers (cups and lids) also placed directly on the floor, although it's still within the cardboard box. But, it's undoubtedly considered as food safety hazard - especially with how they put those on the hallway nearby the restroom 😭

I think this has been the worst Fore branch in terms of cleanliness. Will never go here again, or even do online order...

Ngga tau ada masalah apa baristanya, tadi jam 19.40 datang ke Fore Cideng untuk beli SUNNY CITRUS JASMINE, lalu barista/ kasirnya bilang sold out. Kemudian naiklah sy ke resto thai diatasnya buat take away makanan. Sambil nunggu makanan dibuat sy pesan SUNNY CITRUS JASMINE lewat app gofood dan tadaaa.. ternyata ADA donk si Sunny Citrus Jasmine, btw ini kedua kalinya dibilang sold out jadi ngga tau deh yg pertama beneran sold out juga atau emang males aja ngelayanin...

Dear Fore, sy ngga pernah ada masalah dgn minumannya tapi I feel do offended with that...

Tdi beli lewat traveloka. rasanya enak. Lalu ternyata saya harus membeli paper bag juga yang besar.

Tapi lucunya ketika sudah saya terima paper bagnya besar bgt padahal saya hanya pesan roti satu dan milo satu, yang sepertinya cukup jika pake paperbag kecil saja. Ditambah makanan dan minuman saya dibungkus kantong plastik dulu baru dimasukkan ke paper bag. bukannya malah jadi memperbanyak kemasan?

Saran saya kalo memang wajib pake paperbag, tidak usah dikasih kantong plastik lagi. Lalu kalo pembeliannya sedikit, tidak perlu pake paper...
