Good rooms and service. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Breakfast have many options.Lunch also have a good promotion buffet.Thanks to the recepsionist who offer the promotion upon my check in, im really enjoy it. The hostes,waitress,chef and traine from FnB team was friendly and helpfull. The rooms has bathub and spacious with the cool AC ans speed wifi, however the tv has problem always show no signal even I try change the tv input source,my mistake that I didnt report it. The room has good view in the middle city facing the citylights in the evening. The infinity pool facing "Monas" was very good. Special thanks to Mba Angela from recepcionist for asking my experience stay. Pak Puji from bellman and his friend(im forgot his name) was really helpful for take care my luggage upon check in and check out. The Guest Relations was put extra effort to decorate my special moments. I notice theres man was asking guest feedback in breakfast and he was friendly(but we didnt have chance talk since theres many guest) also theres lady in the lobby was friendly to greet all guest. Even the security was deliever good service with warm greetings. Unfortunately, The reservation team was not really helpfull, as Im willing to book directly by whatsapp, but they just suggest book direct from website(its fine because theres a lot promotion offer from hotel website, but I think the wording was not friendly. Still mention pak/bu (I know its polite but asking name or see in my profile name its a basic I guess). Then I was book directly from hotel website and instant get confirmation letter, but day after I get cancellation letter caused to get confused with my bookings (kindly check and do the test booking from hotel website). Im ask on whatsapp and they said it was confirmed(still for me not in friendly, Its clearly stated "Ms" on confirmation letter still they call me "pak". Cleaness is Extremely Poor. The room the receptionist gave us was terribly DIRTY and DUSTY. Tables, Bed, Shower room, Cabinet, Walls, and all areas were covered by so much of dust. I even saw the insects that will appear when it’s humid around the tea and coffee bags.
Management is Extremely Poor (1) They did not check the room before handling me over the key, and no cleaning was applied for almost two weeks or so before my enter.
Management is Extremely Poor (2) And they took 2 hours to settle our next room. Even new room had issue that the safety box was not functioning. I just arrived at Jakarta and it was so exhausting, and wasting my time. ( Lack of Respect for my time and energy )
Responsibility is Extremely Poor. Receptionist said she will come to our room in 5 minits but she never came. And we end up coming down to a lobby.
She has followed up on our stay on next couple days, but she never came to our room to check these following issues to make sure it’s completed or not.
There was disfunction of toilet even after an engineer came, so I needed to report two times after the first claim. And I still do not hear if they have applied the fix or not.
“Room Service”/ordering food at swimming pool side took 1 hour to receive food. We only ordered tuna salad and ginger hot water.
I share two good points. Location is convenient 15 minits car travel to Central Park Mall, and other decent malls.
Independent Bath Tub Bath tub is independent bath tub apart from a shower and the tub is far from a toilet bowl.
I can see that people at this hotel have a good genuine heart. Therefore, I strongly wish that they will look back the all flow of the service and improve the cleaness, management, and responsibility.
