5/5 Coffee: Flores, Hot Americano, strong , smooth and very slight acid. Notes: chocolate and nutty. Delicious

5/5: 3 x spicy sunny side eggs serves with toasty sour dough bread . Very good combo

1/5 Dessert👎👎👎 Tiramisu Cake. Big dissapointment It’s a chocolate sponge cake with coco powder with a thin layer of cream. Far from being anything tiramisu 😭😭😭

Below: 5/5 Coffee: Blue Batak +Aceh Saman blend: Medium, Machine, Long Black(Strong), caramel crema, Notes: sweet, smoky and citrus. Slight acid. Smooth throughout. My new favorite

Blue Batak +Aceh Saman: Espresso(same as above), more acid and creamier.

Blue Batak only: Expresso, creamy, higher acid , slight smoky and sweet. Older review : Exceptional and friendly staff Great coffee with little to no sourness. Only One selection of Single origin coffee to chose from, but a variety of beans can be purchased. Coffee served each day may differ, depending on availability. Served “Strong, Medium and light”. Depends on your preference.

Aceh Saman Meriah (Aceh) My favorite. Medium dark, machine. Hot Americano . Rich chocolate and earthy notes with a slight bitterness. Smooth taste throughout

Siraja Biak-Biak (Sumut) Medium/Dark. Light sweet and chocolate notes. No bitter, but very smooth.

Sourdough with garlic butter: ask for extra crisp. Delicious

Carrot cake homemade: light , low sugar and very addicting

Beautiful whimsical interior. The buildings interior is a work of art. Lots of natural lighting throughout. Rooms are Separated in four sections: 3 x non smoking and 1 x smoking area. The smoking area does not affect the non areas, because the doors are well insulated.

So. Not. Recommended. This place pissed me off. With the rating and review i read online, my expectation was sky-high. But when i come there, its packed with people of course, the ambience is cute and all. but the coffee was just okay, not that great, ive tasted better. I didnt understand whats the hype. Then I asked for wifi password, they gave me tiny paper and said the WiFi is just for 2hours (huh, okaaay, thats unusual but fine). Then I ordered this chiffon pandan cake, With the price that they set, i expected this cake to be sublime, at least good. But no. The cake they presented to me has a big hole on the middle, taste horribly artificial and rubbery. This is the kind of jajanan pasar that you can buy in Warung, for like, Rp. 3k. Then this is the best thing, a waitress suddenly came to our table, asked if we want to order something more, then proceed to close our bill and asked for us to pay. That instance. The waitress literally come to tables giving bill, without being asked, then collecting money from table to table. Then we waited ageeeeesss for the change. I was like, what? I get it the place is packed. But this is not Solaria 😂 another unusual thing, and i kinda feel like its a rude hospitality. 2023 and before experiences: One of the better place for coffee. Real coffee I mean. One of my favourite drinks is Mocha - though is has a little sweetness. Staff are very responsive and friendly. Some pastries are really delicious and fresh. The plain croissant served with butter was good, soft in the inside and crispy outside. It’s butter was creamy and taste milky which is to our preference. Almond croissant was equally good. Carrot cake was moist, and not overly sweet. Apple pie was also good, it’s served warm. If you’re a gluten intolerant (i am one), they serves gluten-free brownies, it is delicious but it is overly sweet for my preference. Also, wished that they serves warm drinking water in a glass, instead of a plastic cup. But when the owner is in the house, they would serve drinking water in a glass cup. 😊 They do sell coffee beans too. The interior and decorations are creatively decorated. Colourful interior too. They wouldn’t accept reservations through a phone call. You’ll be asked to make your reservation via Whatsapp. And there’s an upfront payment when making a reservation.
