QQ Kopitiam — Restaurant in Jakarta

Such a lively place. Great indoor and outdoor space, it is refreshing to have this kind of place in menteng area.

Teh or Kopi Tarik match really well with srikaya bread, fried banana or cakwe. They also have main course menu. I highly recommended Nasi Hijau Katsu or Mie Garing and tge portion is generous also, so you might want to share if you are not that hungry. There is burger stall in the area. They also serve non-coffee drink like Badak soda, Fruit Juice and Kedondong water.

The only big cons is the Parking space! For such spacious kopitiam, their main parking space only enough for up to 6 cars, more than that you will need to use the valley. Their valley service is good and...

The location is good, easily accessible. Nice area, under the trees. A good place to be. But I will never return. Service was a disappointment. There were a lot of servers just standing around but it wasn’t easy to get a server to tend to us. We ordered their beignets and it took a very long time to come. We had to ask 4 times. The beignets tasted bad - like a horrible cakwe is head of donut-like. We order a couple servings of French fries too, even the fries were bad. They have sauces for them but the fries jd no seasonings at all, not even salt. Save your money and go...

Great place for a cozy meal with a nostalgic vibe! The toasted bread was perfectly grilled, simple yet satisfying, and paired well with the hearty beef claypot dish. The claypot was rich and flavorful, packed with tender beef, mushrooms, and fresh greens—comfort food at its finest. The presentation is homey and unpretentious, fitting for a traditional kopitiam.

Would love to see more attention to the overall table setup to enhance the dining experience. Still, a solid spot for tasty, classic dishes. Will definitely come back...
