Great burger in a comfortable spot. I forgot to snap a pic, but my order was the Shortback Ribs with the Cheese Byurfries. Both were even better than I had hoped. The burger size is standard, but just about enough. The meat of the Shortback I had was tender and aptly flavored, with enough sauce that complements it without being overbearing. The cheese gravy fries was just amazing, home cut fries with an amazing cheese gravy, the portion was definitely too much for me tho, with a burger I'd personally recommend getting the cheese fries if you're with another person, or if you're a big eater. Tasty, fatty, juicy burgers in a homemade bun Imported Brazilian beef , 100 grams per patty.

Ordered:

1st Favorite. Double Cheese burger: Classic double patty burger cooked med/rare. Delicious and juicy

2nd Fav. Truffle burger: crispy bacon and truffle aioli was a great combination

3rd place: Beef Backrib burger: bbq sauce over tender 36 hours smoke braised short ribs. Unique and flavorful

All the above were very well executed

tried their double basic, chi chi, and handcut fries. double basic was ... well pretty basic. it was pretty meaty considering the double beef patty, which was good, but then it made the overall taste pretty dry since there were not enough sauce in the burger. chi chi was better though, you get a perfect blend of meatiness but it's not dry, and there were enough garlicky sauce in it so it balances out everything. the handcut fries was the winner tho, with only 15K you can get a good, crispy-on-the-outside, salty fries. they also have tabasco sauce if u...
