GK Family — Restaurant in Jakarta

First visit kemarin, 8 Januari 2024.

Sudah lewat restaurant ini lebih dari 100x, tapi akhirnya memberanikan diri untuk mencoba.

Pesan sup gurame kuah (ini 招牌菜 mereka, menu andalan), ukuran Large. Rasanya segar, tidak ada aroma lumpur sama sekali, porsi cukup besar (7 orang dewasa)

Pesan lindung cah fumak ( langganan di resto angke, tapi di sini agak berbeda jenisnya. ) Enak sekali, tipe yang agak kering lindungnya, fumaknya amat sangat gurih dan wangii, ada rasa manis tapi tidak overwhelming.

Ayam tangkapnya juga amat sangat wangi, berbumbu tapi tidak medok, luarnya amat gariing.

Sapi lada hitamnya amat empuk,dan lagi lagi, tidak terlalu pedas, bumbunya pas

Udang telur asinnya, WAU. SAMPAI tambah lagi 1 porsi. Beserta lindungnya juga extra tambah 1 lagi, saking enaknya.

Total 7 lauk (extra tambah 2 lauk saking nagihnya), total kurang lebih 900 ribu (Porsi L ikan,sisanya semua Medium).

Enak, amat enak Karakter masakannya, tidak medok, tapi tidak hambar. Lebih ke "netral, tapi nyaman, comforting. Seperti masakan rumah,tapi standar restoran."

Wajib coba untuk pencinta lindung cah fumak dan restoran hakka.

Harga reasonable, tempat juga cukup spacious untuk pesta ultah atau sekedar kumpul keluarga.

Cicinya juga amat ramah, pelayan juga semuanya sigap. Bersedia ganti channel tv ke kartun demi anak anak. Amat tersentuh, nice...

Excellent fish soup and halal chinese food. Tried the hot plate kangkong and astonished by the gravy. We ordered both seafood and beef kangkung, both were awesome. The crystal prawn or yam ha is a must order dish here, the prawn is cooked to perfection resulting in perfectly crunchy texture. The fish soup is the star dish of the joint best eaten with cut chilly and garlic soy. Four thumbs up...
