Gyu-Kaku Senayan Park — Restaurant in Jakarta

One of the worst Gyu-Kaku joint I’ve been through so far! Service was slow, food took forever to came to our table. One example : We requested the vegetables many many times, but never came... We need to came to the service desk to ask our food to be delivered! - When it was delivered, it was only 1 portion (while we ask for 2 or more). The staff said it was combined into one, where it was clearly one portion as we can see food from other table being delivered in front of us.....

This is not the level of service we are expecting of Gyu-Kaku, we’ve dined at Gyu-Kaku many times in Pondok Indah Mall, Cilandak Town Square, etc. but this is the first time that it has made me to post about their service.

this is one of the gyu-kaku restaurants, located in senayan park mall. it's actually a japanese all-you-can-eat restaurant, where you can eat as much as you like within the time limit. they also have another offer, called gyu-kaku yakiniku set. it's only available during lunch time on the weekday. it costs half of the price compared to the regular all-you-can-eat menu.

the yakiniku set comes with rice, kimchi, salad, green tea, and the meat platter. the meat consists of karubi, suki shabu, rosu, juicy beef pot, and teriyaki chicken. the portion is enough to make you full. the meat is juicy and tender. you have to cook the meat by yourself, just like the...

untuk para penggemar All You Can Eat Halal, ngga perlu khawatir yaa .. karena Gyu Kaku sekarang ini sudah mendapatkan sertifikasi halal .. di bulan Desember 2024 ini ada promo Buy 3 get free 1 dari periode 2-5 Desember 2024 dan periode 9-12 Desember 2024 untuk menu "standar buffet" dan "corporate buffet".. tentu saja sebagai pemburu diskon, kami langsung pesan standar buffet. sistem AYCE disini pesan dulu lalu makanan diantar yaa .. di awal kami order semua pilihan daging dan appetizer .. untuk daging sapi marinasi nya enak dan bumbunya pas tidak terlalu asin ataupun manis .. daging sapi kesukaan saya Dragon Karubi, Rosu, dan Juicy Beef Pot .. bagi pecinta daging berkuah, bisa pesan juicy beef stew yang citarasa kaldu nya sangat umami dan clean disajikan dalam mangkuk kecil cocok untuk personal bagi golongan 'makan kudu ada nasi' bisa mencoba bibimbab, walaupun rada bingung ada makanan korea di japanese BBQ, tapi tenang aja, cukup bisa dinikmati kok rasa dari bibimbab ini .. untuk menu ayam, hanya ada 1 bumbu saja yaitu teriyaki chicken yang setelah dipanggang, juicy sekali .. setelah pesan banyak daging, jangan lupa juga pesan sayuran yang banyak .. veggie wrap terdiri dari selada bokor yang sangat bersih dan juga segar, cocok dimakan bersama daging BBQ .. wakame salad nya juga enak perpaduan selada, tomat, timun, wakame yang dituang salad dressing roasted sesame sangat menyegarkan sekali selain kelebihan, kekurangan juga pasti ada : karena semua makanan dipesan lewat pramusaji, jadi butuh waktu beberapa lama sampai makanan diantarkan ke meja (solusinya bisa pesan lebih banyak di awal ya) untuk menu makanan appetizer butuh waktu untuk diproses (solusinya bisa pesan makanan yg butuh di goreng, lebih baik pesan di awal saat baru datang yaa)

sederhana, tapi bikin pelanggan nyaman : semua pramusajinya ramah dan bisa diajak becanda kayak udah kenal lama tapi kerjanya masih tetap cekatan .. good job mbak-mbak...
