Lucy In The Sky Spark — Restaurant in Jakarta

Already reserved for the outside section. But when me & my family arrived, they said that the outside section can be used at 5pm. So we requested the waitress & host that we would reserve that certain table meanwhile we will wait in the inside section. When it was already 5pm, the waitress & host did not take us to the table. Bcs we already reserve it orally, we initiatively move to the table that we reserved. But suddenly the host said that it can be used at 5.30 pm with an annoying look on her face. Not long after that, when we wanted to move back inside, there were guests coming and directly sit in the outside section just like us, but the host does not reprimand them at all. So we did not move at all seeing other guests were fine to sit in the outside section before 5.30 pm. After that the host said that we can just sit on the outside section still with an annoying look on her face. The other waitress were friendly, but some just does not wholeheartedly serve us just like other waitress, full of fakeness. The food was not as good as i thought it would be. I ordered lucy platter, fried rice and pizza. But overall, the food were just strongly salty. Overall, i did not intend to go back...

Me and my friends had a reservation for Iftar at Lucy SPARK, they asked us to make a down payment with pre-orders to ensure they can serve the food in time for Iftar. So we did, but when we arrived there, no foods, the servers are all over the place. 2 of my friends waited for 2 hours and they never got the meals, "we're sorry, we are high on demand and your orders are not listed yet" they said. 2 hours for what? Then when we asked for the manager, he avoided us, simply walked himself to the staff room. 1 star because the food is nice, well at least the ones that managed to be on our table. Then the GM contacted me, well I thought, oh maybe they want to make amends and give us some complimentary for the worst service. Boy oh boy, I was wrong. He just repeat the same apology and cut my feedback with, "have a great weekend". Totally not recommended. Disappointed and will never come back again. I just hope no one will be treated this way again and they learnt something from our complaints....

Like how i rate it, it's pretty perfect.

The foods and the beverages are delightful. For the alcohol I don't really give them credits because it's not theirs, they just the third party.

But as a venue it's so chill and I'm loving how it's an outdoor cause it's relevant to the Tiki culture theme. I think it'll be cool if they put more torch ornament so it'll looks more Hawaiian.

For the temperature it's pretty hot, it's better for them if they install more air conditioner, at least from 12 and above since people started getting drunk at that time.

Me and lots of people also like the access, which is the lift cause you can smoke inside (even tho it's bad). This should be a credit for Senayan Park (the mall) but they're pretty smart to make...
