I went with mom and dad for dim sum. My mom's craving for Ham Sui Gok (fried glutinous dumplings) finally found fulfillment as this restaurant had it on their menu. Not many dim sum restaurant in Jakarta offer it. The first bite was such a disappointment that the glutinous flour could still seen/tasted halfway eating it. We highlighted to the staff that it was undercooked. They took it seriously and replaced it with a new one. Courteous staff and prompt response to rectify the situation made our day.

Overall, the dishes served here were delicious. Personally, I found the spicy chicken feet and spare ribs exceptionally flavorful, choices of desserts also leaving a lasting impression.

They offer hotpot and shaokao too. I will try next time.

Hello kak selamat siang, saya mau sampaiin kak, semalem saya makan di Hai shien fang golf island, dan kita sangat kecewa di awali dari,

1.Yang ngambil waiting list rekomen tempat duduk 4 org 2 meja di mana kta ber6 disuruh pisah karna 2 meja bundaran lg masi di occupy, waktu saya tanya apa di atas ada dan saya bsa liat atas apa ngga, langsung ada meja yg khusus 6 org sbnrnya available. Ini small matter sebenernya, tp karna pile up problem sehabis itu, everything di pikir2 dri pertama kita masuk sangat menguras tenaga.

2.We waited 1 hour for our food to come, ini blm termasuk pesen orderan kita sama waitress yang keliatan clueless terhadap menu resto nya, jadi pemesanan sangat lama di tambah makanan kita datang 1 jam kemudian.

3.Dari kita masuk resto itu jam 9, karna siapin tempat duduk lama, pemesanan lama, makanan keluar lama, we only got to eat at 11. Dan waktu shaokao nya datang, makanan nya enak, cuma sudah dingin, jd kita rasa sudah di dapur lama dan di bawa ke kita lama.

4.Setelah selama itu kita tunggu, setelah kita pesen, baru di info klo makanan yg available cuma steamboat, kenapa ga di info dari awal sblm kita duduk? atau ngga sebelum kita order, ini kita di info hanya sekitar 20 menit setelah kita udh order makanan. Kalo kita tau yg available cuma steamboat, kita ga akan ke HSF, justru kita pengen makan, makanan yg lain.

5.Ada another guest yang probably lagi mabuk, kita denger suara orang mau muntah berkali2 di saat kita lagi makan dengan experience semua saya udh mention di atas.

6.Setelah 1 jam makanan kloter pertama kita keluar, masi banyak makanan lain yang belum keluar, waiter nya bisa tanya kita “makanan udh keluar semua ya?” dengan kesabaran kita yang udh lumayan tipis di tanya seperti itu, temen saya sempet bilang ke waiter nya untuk cek sendiri, ini semua belum termasuk hal hal kecil seperti, minta sumpit 4 kali ga di anter dll dll.

The food was relatively good, but the experience was honestly scary because of the non stop negative experiences.
