The good: food (loads of variety, see pics posted alongside this review), the charcoal cassava snack is the best in my opinion

The bad: (the short version of the bad: no communication between staffs = very very bad service)

The longer version of the bad: because there was lack of communication between staffs, we were told multiple versions of a “promo” they were having. One staff came up to take our order without mentioning the promo, another staff came over and said that there was a promo (for the violet cocktails) and that we can order one now and the rest later (to which we agreed on), but when we wanted to order the other two drinks (the staff said yes to this order) but when we made sure we will be getting the discount, the staff said no and told us “as I told you before, the promo only is only valid if you order the three drinks at once.” This is simply untrue. That line was never said. In addition to that, it was very fortunate for us to MAKE SURE the promo was going to be valid or not (we might had to pay more if we didn’t make sure).

When we wanted to cancel our dessert order, the staff said it is not allowed because they have put in the order. When the order came, it was a plate with a cut up PRE-MADE cake with handwriting on it (as per request). I’m on edge about this because even though it is custom to not cancel orders once they are in the system, however, this just topped off the very very very horrible customer service I experienced throughout the night.

Will definitely not be coming back and if people ask me about this place, I will strongly not recommend.

After we ordered, we were given complimentary bread with herb butter. -Nasi bebek Madura: The duck meat was not hard and the grated coconut from the urap did not taste fresh. I thanked the brown sauce that enhanced the bland taste of the duck. -Mutton fried rice: recommended, you can feel the spice yet it was moderate, not too strong. -Ravioli with beef: The skin was a bit too thick, and the beef was juicy. -Burger with crispy chicken: I love the thin crispy fries and the cole slaw. The burger itself was not special, the bbq sauce was not appealing.

The restaurant has a summer vibe interior, has 5 storeys, and there is an elevator. We were alternately attended by two staff members, both of them were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was 70% full when we dined, the food came pretty fast....

We ordered lychee and peach tea, as well as the chicken burger, beef ravioli and crispy chicken skin. The drinks were pretty good, we liked how they put ice cream in our drinks.

As for the food, in general everything was too salty 🙁 my friend and I are usually pretty tolerant with saltiness but this was actually insane 🤯 we couldn’t even finish the burger because it was too salty

On the other hand, in terms of price it was pretty worth it as the servings were quite big - especially the burger. The beef ravioli was also good. The chicken skin was overly seasoned in our opinion.

They served free bread with herb butter, but we feel that it should have arrived earlier as all of our food came at once, including the chicken skin appetizer.
