It has been a while since I’ve had Chinese food so we went to visit Long Feng Tang located in Bintaro! There are a variety of options to choose from — from their fried rice, vegetables, chicken, soup-based, and even fish. We decided to try out their Oolong tea, Golden Soup Beef Pot, Sheng Jian Bao Mix, and Lazi Chicken. First off, their oolong tea is amazing! I do love tea that brings out the aromatic. Their Golden Soup Beef Pot, it’s another must-try. The broth is both hot and sour and the beef is tender. Matches perfectly with the additional rice that I ordered. While as the Lazi Chicken is filled with spices such as dried Sichuan peppers, garlic, and ginger. The chicken is crispy and tasty. I prefer not to eat spices as the chicken itself is already spicy! Although I’ve seen the reviews, I have to try the Sheng Jian Bao Mix, and compared to the gyoza that I usually make, there are just a lot of vegetables. Perhaps, it is what differentiates itself from gyoza/dimsum but it is rather plain. Hence why I don’t enjoy this one. But overall, it was a nice experience. They also got board games and books. A little place for small children to hang out. I would go back here to try out their...

They offer a wide variety of authentic chinese cuisine. Given the owner (and maybe cook) is originating from Northern China, it is very delicious.
We ordered:
Mala Spicy Beef Pot: Spicy light beef soup, with mushroom and some vegetable garnish. It was very good, but maybe too spicy for some people. Maybe can try the golden soup instead (sold out during our visit).
Lazi Chicken: Deepfried chicken popcorn with lot of dried chilies, oil, and honey/sugar as dressing. It was super spicy, very good with white rice 😋.
Brokoli jamur hitam: Usual chinese stirfry broccoli with mushroom and carrot, good but nothing special.
Original Wonton Soup: Super delicious, lot of fillings without the bad raw doughy taste. The soup is clear and refreshing. Recommended to order.
Chinese oolong tea: Shared teapot, enough for 5 people. Completed the dining experience. You can ask for refill, max 2 times to preserve the taste (will become bitter after 2 brewing process)
Nice option for family and group dining, parking very limited though.

Read moreA Chinese Moslem Restaurant located in the heart of old Bintaro Jaya, it offers quite wide range of so called authentic mainland china’s cuisine. As for the taste, it tends to favor those who love spices and spicy foods though generally is above standard.
Ordered Yangzhou Fried Rice or seafood fried rice, Beef Mabo Tofu, Grilled Chicken and Te guan Yin or Oolong Tea, all were good, except the condiment for the grilled chicken, which was a tad too oily and the Mabo, which was a bit too spicy. Couldn’t handle the five spices’ magic, I stopped eating it for good.
Definitely will visit again in the future, seems the place still have lots of good things in its disposal that fortunately also come in reasonable price....
