They always closing the Party Area after 11PM GMT+7. Not only that, they also ALWAYS TURNED OFF the Air Conditioners in the 2nd floor after Midnights.

Not sure what they’re expecting people to do with those kind of treatments, regardless their strategic position, whereas located next to Cipete Raya MRT Stations.

Also don’t know why the service sometimes a bit rude, as if they never trained in any kind of American Franchised Fast-Food Chained Capitals’ Training & Development system.

Although they’re having some quite spacious praying room, and more restroom in both of the floor’s levels, but the car parking isn’t that much enough for people with family.

Sorry, McD, we’re just not that...

As a long time customer, this is THE WORST McDonald's branch I ever been in.

Every single time I ordered "Panas 2 Ayam Spicy", they always created an excuse (almost completely well rehearsed template) to swap one of my chickens or BOTH of THEM with the small ones or even the CRISPY.

"Sorry, we are busy today, that's why, we are out of the big Cuts."

REALLY?

I mean... how come a fried chicken restaurant has run out of fried chickens???

It happens both from the McD apps order, and dine in. I have been waiting for improvement as I live around the store, but I don't think they are interested in any improvement.

If you don't think it is serious, check other reviews about left behind orders or poorly served items.

Well, it is just so unfortunate to see such a big brand has such a poor quality in this branch.

Or maybe.... this is time for their HEADQUARTER to...

The food tasted like any other McDonald's. But the atmosphere was uncomfortable. It was crowded when I went there and nearly all the seats and tables on the first floor were taken. I went to the second floor to find some empty seats but some customers had left their food leftovers on the tables, which had not been thrown away by the staff. Also, some tables had not been wiped clean. It took quite a while to get my meal delivered to my table. I mean, I understand that it was located in a strategic spot and there were (too) many customers, but surely maybe they could have more...
