McDonald's Hayam Wuruk — Restaurant in Jakarta

It's McDonald's. Don't know why these reviews are all over critical. The place was clean, eaten there 3 times now. Too many times really but I've been tired of local food lately. So junk food it is. Three floors of tables to sit at. Gets a little warm in the place overall, need to get some better air conditioning. Every time I have been has been busy but not overbearing. Lots of people working there so I never seemed to have to wait long. They offer delivery also and take credit cards with no minimum.

1st floor is main ordering area and seating. 2nd floor is McCafé and had some couch seats and comfy chairs. Also outdoor seating on a balcony on second floor and on the first floor outside of the entrance. 3rd floor I haven't been on yet but I assume just seating.

Good has always been warm, fries once were a little old...I could tell by the fact they were kind of rubbery.

Sauce dispensers have sweet chili sauce. You have to get ketchup in individual packets from counter. They will not let you get any sauces except chili sauce and ketchup. BBQ sauce and other sauces only come with certain dishes. Strange they don't allow you to purchase or get for free by request like...

As one of McD outlet, this store provide a drive-thru facility and has McCafe as well on the second floor. Located on main street, you can never miss this place. However, the car parking lot for dine-in guests is limited (no more than 15), makes harder to get a slot during busy hours. This store has 3 storeys. Before pandemi hit, this restaurant is a good place to hang around with friends and satisfy hunger at night because it opens 24 hours and the place is very convinient and comfortable. The location is right in the centre of Jakarta area so it can be a meeting point for people who live in different areas. The restaurant offers a comfortable ambience too, suits for non smokers and it has air conditioner too. The price of the food is so affordable and the food taste very good and acceptable to most of the people.
