Boss get your facts straight! I asked your very rude receptionist about breakfast. I did not ask him for any vouchers or free breakfast. I am fully aware that I purchased room only. As far as Agoda and my refund that's not your business anymore! Due to the many fake reviews I booked your filthy hotel. There are far too mank fake reviews in Indonesia and customers are the ones who suffer. The lobby of your third class hotel AC was not working. The rooms are so bad it's not something I wish for anyone to experience. Sure you have customers for your third class hotel but that means nothing. Finally, please take some professional classes on business professionalism. I suggest foreign tourist not to trust reviews from locals. There are too many fake reviews! This hotel is disgusting! Toilet seat in my room had pee stains. Even receptionist said that's bad. Agoda didn't help me! In fact I paid for another hotel and now I have to wait for refund from Agoda which will take weeks! I tried to explain to Agoda that it had taken the last amount from my debit card as I lost my CC. Still they...

Best budget hotel I have ever stayed. Clean room, with all basic needs, Aircon , toilets, beddings etc all in function. WiFi super good, signal super strong, good for video streaming and WiFi callings via wharsapp, messenger etc. Breakfast was good basic but can improve further. Staffs friendly. Only negative issue was the towels are not adequately supplied or delayed and pillows too soft. Other then these issues, all perfect. Good strategic location, behind gajah mada plaza. I stayed in room 517, a standard double room, and paid 20 USD nightly.  I also stayed in room 100, a superior double room, and paid 25 USD nightly.  Both rooms were fairly clean and comfortable though well used.  The TV had a few English language channels and the WiFi was mostly okay.  The superior room was about 1 meter wider than the standard room and a little better furnished.  Room 517 was in the very back of the building and room 100 in the very front.  Street noise was very noticeable in room 100 but not in 517.
