The location is strategically positioned, and the place is well-designed, spacious, with a natural layout and friendly service. You could possible reach the resto by using MRT, LRT, KRL and Transjakarta (Make stop at Dukuh Atas).

Despite repeating the order, the mistake went unnoticed, resulting in receiving a different dish. Fortunately, the prices were the same, but it was a bit disappointing as there was no room for compromise after pre-payment.

The serving time was notably long, and the advance payment, while customary for this type of restaurant, might discourage customers from ordering more. Extremely Disappointing Experience at Pan Cafe

Our visit to Pan Cafe was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had. We arrived around 9:45–9:50 PM — a good 10–15 minutes before closing at 10:00 — planning to sit down and enjoy pancakes with our guests. Eating a pancake doesn’t take long, yet the staff refused to let us dine in, saying only takeaway was allowed. This felt very unwelcoming and unreasonable.

It got even worse when we tried to order. We were told we could only order one single pancake — not two or three, just one. Since there were six of us, we ended up having to awkwardly share that one pancake between everyone. This made absolutely no sense, and it completely ruined the experience.

After living in Japan for an extended period, I was thrilled to stumble upon a café with a menu in Japanese, anticipating the renowned Japanese standard of hospitality, omotenashi.

The waitress was polite, and service was prompt, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. Being a coffee enthusiast, I opted for their espresso-based black coffee.

Unfortunately, the coffee was overly acidic. When I requested a small amount of milk to temper the acidity, I was surprised to be denied due to inventory concerns.

I only requested a splash of milk and was willing to pay for it. However, the waitress didn't offer that option. Disappointed, I left without drinking most of my coffee.
