Terrible service, i must self service even i bought more than one item :) even the staffs are blocking the access to the brand i wanted to try and giving me a cynical look. They dont initiate to give me other alternatives shades? I need to told them what to do. Even they didnt give me sponges to try the foundation. I wait for minutes just to be served? Like why are you not prepared like the senayan city staff? And also giving me a neutral undertone to cool rosy undertone? BA need to learn hospitality, product knowledge, and beauty? Please please please fix ur staffs' attitude!

1. I was casually walk-in to store and they seems like they're underestimating their customers 🤦‍♀️
2. Begitu Saya bertanya mengenai brand/type makeup mereka tdk bisa langsung jawab dan justru cari teman2 staff lain (estafet) sambil cengengesan, lalu bilang barang tidak ada dan kasih alternative ngasal. Hingga saya cari ternyata saya menemukan nya sendiri tanpa bantuan. (Well, yet most of them wearing full face carnaval makeup but doesn't even know the product their promoting, huh?)
3. Apart from the staffs, produk2 termasuk stocknya di sephora GI ini jauhhh lebih sedikit, ketimbang staff nya lebih banyak yg nganggur.

Lastly, Mengapa store di GI ini jauh tertinggal servicenya dibanding sephora store lainnya (eg:senayan city)?. u guys offers some high-end products there tapi attitude nya low-class buat apa? Kenapa hire staff bak model sana sini full face makeup tapi gak di training dgn...
