First of all congratulations Starbucks Indonesia, this is the first Starbucks signing store in J town!
This store is located in the area that recently famous "SCBD" within Tata Puri Office Building. It's easy to spot from the entry gate of the MRT Station Sudirman. Or we can use our own body language or speak as usual, they could read our lip, as long as we're chatting with them face to face. There is a poster that shows Indonesia sign language Bisindo for familiarization of the customers 🤓, so we can learning too during our visit there. One side of the wall decoration describes the accessibility, people communicate using sign language. All staff are very helpful and friendly 😊.
Once we finish our order, we will be informed through a monitor (our order number and our name 😎) which also paging our order number.
The other uniqueness of Starbucks souvenirs, there are exclusive collections - signing stores like mugs and tumblers that have Indonesia sign language Bisindo design.

They provided electric pads for writing down orders, which was a thoughtful and inclusive touch. I also noticed a vibrant community of deaf individuals who frequently gather at the store, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
I believe this is a fantastic innovation because it allows everyone, regardless of their limitations, to work and enjoy the same opportunities as any other individual. It truly showcases the importance of equal employment rights for all.
In terms of the location, Starbucks Tatapuri is strategically placed in the heart of the city, near train stations, the MRT, airport train, busway, and other transportation options. It's clean and well-maintained, including the restroom facilities, which were always spotless.
Overall, my experience at Starbucks Tatapuri was exceptional. The friendly and inclusive environment, coupled with its convenient location, made it a fantastic place to enjoy a cup of coffee. I highly recommend visiting this store to not only support equality but also to have a memorable and...

Dedicated to the deaf & mute society, they’re hiring those who able to speak sign language, either as common or part of people with disabilities.
The last time we were visiting here wasn’t too nice experience, since the system for Starbucks Card Rewards’ Members a bit glitchy. Maybe because of weekends, when the official customer service officers might also offline, the partners seems struggling to help us with the rewards.
Nevertheless, two section of the area, both indoor non-smoking one & outdoor smoking area, are fueled with colorful murals of the people and the powerful community. As part of Social Impact Mission strategy, this store once again made MAP one of those franchiser which always try their best to give more and more, back to the people.
Or, it’s...
