Pizza Hut Ristorante — Restaurant in Jakarta

idk where to start, but that night i just drove arround gatot subroto to find a nearest restaurant to break my fasting. i saw everyone eating with their family, i was aware that im alone so i already prepare for all the gaze and everything. But your staff greet me with full happiness, they offered me mineral water to break my fasting, and all the nice gesture, they prepare all the cutlery for me. It’s been a while since i ate PH salad with my family, now im eating alone but i don’t feel lonely at all. I also aware they hired worker with disabilities, thank you pizza hut! least but not least, special thanks to Ms. Dinda and all the employees that taking care of me, thanks to you, i have a great meals that night. sorry it takes so long to write...

Very disappointing, slow in preparing food. I ordered 1x salad and 1x puff pastry mushroom soup via Grabfood today at around 6.43PM. After 17 minutes, the food were not even ready yet, and I called the restaurant asking why it took so long. They said, "We just got the order 17 minutes ago, Mam. We are still preparing the soup."

I'm sorry, but what have you been doing in 17 minutes? Then, 5 min later they passed it to the driver (the driver notified me and sent the photo right away). So, it took 22 minutes to prepare such a simple order, 1x pastry soup and 1x salad.

I have ordered the same exact items many times from Kemang Pizza Hut branch and they prepared the food much faster.

It's pizza hut. What else can you expect ? Though I was a little bit irked because the service is supposedly online (through the app) even for dine in, but people who ordered their food directly to the waiters got their food almost immediately. I ordered through the app and 3 times out of 3 orders we had to ask the waiters before they took it to our table. Also they weren't handing out the genshin impact collab merchs directly.
