I have been a loyal customer to Greyhound for the longest and have been enjoying the experience in both Senopati and Thamrin store, so it was a bit hard for me to be giving this bad rating based on the experience I went through in this store. Please consider using this feedback to evaluate your overall operation, especially for service.
This was actually my second visit to the Gatot Subroto store. My first visit was wonderful even with how busy the store was. However, I did not experience this on my second visit. Firstly, I requested for a table near to a power source when I arrived. The staff told me that they did not have any table with power source available during that time so I was given another table without a power source. Understand that the store was really packed at the time i came so I asked the staff whether i could just move later when the table is available, the staff told me he would. So after half an hour when the store was not as busy as it was I asked the staff whether i could move. The staff told me that he would need to ask the staff in charge of the table map. But after half an hour waiting, I did not receive any answers on whether i could move so I decided to let things slide and asked for the bill. This was the peak of my disappointment, I asked the staff for the bill two times but they never came. I was already very upset at that moment so when I asked the third time, I told off the staff that I have been asking the bill for three times. That was when they finally gave the bill.
I don’t think there are any customers out there who enjoy being ignored, therefore I’m hoping that the store could evaluate and train the staff to be more attentive and responsive so that cases like this won’t happen again...

Food, like usual, is mostly consist of thai-based cuisine. This time we try their Basil Beef and CrispyTofu Omellete, with mocha latte and lango juice for the drink. All of the things we order taste good, nothing to be complained. Yes it is rather pricey, but still make sense for their kind of market
I’ve read some people were complained about the service. But in my experience, all of the service from the staff is very good. We were greeted nicely, being helped with what kind of seating that we prefer, order come on time which they had estimated, and once we finish they politely ask permission to clean the table (I don’t understand that there are people who are annoyed by the staff cleaning the table literally for your convenience!). We stay for a couple of hour without ordering anything else, which were convenient without any distraction from the staff. The facility is very good too, with Wi-Fi connection is pretty fast for us to do our works.
