Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jakarta

Visited Pizza Hut for early dinner. In this visit for lunch, I ordered their Creamy Beef Classic Fettuccine (fettuccine, smoked beef / chicken, mushroom and cream sauce), Beef Lasagna (baked lasagna, minced beef and white cream sauce), Cheese Island Pizza (pizza with bread and abundant cheese) and Baked Chicken Chunks (chicken coated with bread crumbs served with Garlic Butter dipping sauce). Also, Choco Puff (puff pastry with chocolate filling) for dessert. For beverages, I ordered Lychee Breeze (lychee, syrup, soda and lime) and Strawberry Cheesecake Frappe (strawberry, ice cream, cheese foam and cheddar cheese). Overall, i'm satisfied with the orders and Pizza Hut still one of the comfy place to get a meal for me. For this visit to Pizza Hut, i'm gonna rate them 3.5 out of 5. this well known brand restaurant is good in food. But recently when we had meeting there, the service quality was decreased much. They didn't provided us cuttleries and plate even we asked until the meeting finish. Serving our pitcher drink just put in on the table with no taste of serving. When we asked of help the staffs reply with no manner of service. I think the management must train the staffhow to give the best service eventhough it's a well known and big brand. Hope in the future they improve and might come back if...
