Flash Coffee - Juanda — Restaurant in Jakarta

Tried Flash Coffee again after a while. It used to be one of my fav places in Pacific Place (prior to covid) because of the unique menu variety they have.

I got the chance to taste the Siamang Manuka Ice Tea, The Pandan Binturong, and the Smoked Chicken & Cheese Panini. And they seem to have a promotion where you get a free Americano for a purchase of a drink.

The Panini is a bit dry and kind of hard and easy to crumble. But it still tastes quite nice. I like the additional mushroom they put to it.

The Manuka Ice Tea deliver the honey and cinnamon described in the menu. With that said, as a fan of cinnamon, i wished that the cinnamon will kick stronger, but then again, this is subjective. I think it's decent.

The Pandan Binturong however, i can see it becoming my go-to drink once i'm back WFO. It has great consistency. Not very thick, not watery. FYI, i asked for less ice on this one. The combination and ratio of pandan and the gula aren is just perfect on this. Recommended for those who likes...

Visited in early Jan 2022 with a bike.

No bike parking space but I managed to sit outside with the bike. There are two tables available outside. During the day, there were some mosquitos tho.

Staff seemed new that she needed help from her fellow barista. But it was okay. Got promo with BCA QR code, 20% discount.

I orderd Macademia Latte (sugar 5ml) and Americano. The latte was okay. Glad asked for 5ml sugar, otherwise it would be too sweet. They usually use 20ml sugar. Americano tho is very light, def not a place to go for Americano.

this is one of the flash coffee outlets, located right next to the juanda train and bus stations. the location is convenient for the commuters.

what i like about their coffee is it's creamy. i like the texture and the flavor. it's milky but still has a strong coffee flavor too. i like their sea salt latte with palm sugar. the mixture is actually cohesive. you can taste the coffee, the milk, the creamy foam, and also the sea salt.

the butterscotch latte is also great. the sweetness of the butterscotch gives the caramel flavor...
