Sate & Seafood Senayan Kota Kasablanka — Restaurant in Jakarta

very disappointing eating here, this is my second visit to sate senayan kokas, one week before I came here and the service was slow the food came out quite a long time I had to ask the waiters several times, i dont know why today I coming back to eat here again. I was just take positive way maybe this time they will serve me better.

I ordered food together with the table in front of me there is two Chinese girl on that table

And I just alone, after waiting for sometimes Food for the table in front of me come and its few time waiters come to their table to serve the food until the food completely served.

But my food had not arrived and neither had the drinks, at least if the food was not ready the drinks should be come first this is the SOP in the restaurant

I asked the waiters to check my order and I waited again until I noticed the table in front of me had finished eating but my food had not come out

My mood was turn badly i plan to leave the restaurant but finally my ice lemon tea arrived. I called the waiters again and asked to check my food again, after waiting still not yet come ,

I was annoyed and lost my appetite, I decided to just take away, and immediately close the bill, finally the floor manager came to apologize and at the same time gave me food that I finally wrapped, fyi I ordered 5 pieces of goat / kambing satay and uduk rice, as an apology the manager informed me that the satay was taken out of my bill so I only paid for the uduk rice and ice lemon tea. but do you know when I got home when I opened the satay it was not sate kambing but chicken satay instead of goat satay according to my order

indeed you gave the satay for free because of the bad service but I didn't ask for it for free I can pay for everything don't just because it's free as compensation for the apology but instead it's replaced with a cheaper one.

if I paid in full and it turned out the satay was replaced wouldn't you be make your customer even more disappointed !

I have bad mood all day because of the negative atmosphere here and your bad service until I get home it's still disappointing,

I threw away all of this food! No appetite to eat

Definitely i will never come back...

Dine in at around 12 PM. Overall service were quite fast.

Food Ordered: Sate Blora (4.5/5) Sate Ponorogo (1/5), undercooked, and when I presented it to the waiter, he didn't even said sorry and took no further actions to at least replace it. Gurame Bakar Jimbaran (4/5) Tahu toge teri asin (4/5) Nasi Liwet (2/5) looks almost like gudeg. Nasi Kuning (4/5) Tahu Gejrot (4/5)

The overall experience was hit and miss. I expected more, but it was...

I'd already try almost all the menu from this restaurant. Served almost -the most favorites indonesian food in upscale set. From Satay- ketoprak they have. From ice dessert until Jamu, amazingly taste great! Of course, the foods can be enjoy from toddler until adult. My children like the Ayam Kremes, Satay, ikan goreng and Tahu telor.
