Segafredo Caffe is a hidden gem, a nice place with an unexpected garden atmosphere inside the mall, featuring a fish pool. It's a relaxing spot, but if you want to sit on the sofas during weekends, you'll need to book in advance. The hot Americano was great—rich and well-brewed.
However, the tiramisu I ordered was a complete disaster. If you've never had tiramisu before (I believe the person who prepared this dessert has never tried it either), this might make you hate tiramisu forever. If you have, you’ll probably never return to this place for it. It was more like whipped cream with no cheese taste, topped with coffee powder—far from what a proper tiramisu should be.
That being said, the place was full, yet the service was impressively fast, and the staff was friendly and helpful. If you guys get a new cook, I might come back to try some...

Like I said before the Americano, Latte and Hot chocolate were absolutely on point. Had the Tiramisu Cake and Caramel Cake to accompany our drinks and they were also great.
Service was top notch, all smiles and very attentive to our needs. Especially with my little...
Read moreIt was this memory of Segafredo Cafe in Milan that compelled me to visit the 1st store in Indonesia. So yes, I did particulary search for the place. It's literally humble spot, almost undetected, separated by hall connecting Mall Kasablanka with 88 Office Tower in Ground Floor, this cafe present a (mostly) Italian Food theme. I tried their mushroom truffle pasta, which moderately showcased the truffle flavour, enhanced with balanced amount of olive oil. For the coffee, I ordered cappucino (I think) it's quite foamy but I can't remember anything that stood out. I waa looking for Marochinno, actually, the coffee menu that Segafredo has in Milan, but no luck. I think it will be good idea to add it to the menu to set them apart from the other cafe. Oh, shout out to the service team. Hospitality perfectly...
