Gebraak 'bang' the soup, a clear soup restaurant famous for the sound of the ketchup bottle banged to the wooden table "gebraak"!!!

The restaurant only sells chicken 🐔 or beef 🍖 clear soup with rice. Add on some skewers, potato patty, salted egg, squash crackers "emping" for legitimate and authentic Indonesian style clear soup "soto" culinary adventure.

For me, the taste was just standard, average, same like any Soto out there, but what interesting is we have to buy the Koya powder (this kind of soto is more tasty if u use this type of powder, we named it bubuk (powder) Koya).. instead of buying as an extra, they should give it for free (just up the final price i dont care, but dont ask us to buy for sumthing that has to be in the dish itself)... The gebraak name has nothing to do with the soup base dish. It's just the sound of thud (gebrak) made by the cook with a huge bottle of sweet soy sauce, to startle their customers.
